Continuity mistake: When the Ancient One is about to give Bruce the Time Stone, in the shot where Bruce says "So he must have done it for a reason", the Ancient One is holding the Time Stone, the two fingers she is holding the stone with are in a curved position. It then cuts to a different angle, where the two fingers are in a more straightened position. (01:26:00)

Continuity mistake: When Steve and 2012 Steve fall down to a lower level of the building during their fight, they break a couple of glass barriers and floors, causing loads of shattered glass to surround them when they land. The compass with Peggy's picture is shown on the ground with glass surrounding it. The amount of glass shown around the compass changes between shots. (01:22:50)

Continuity mistake: When Steve starts fighting 2012 Steve, he places the case containing Loki's sceptre on the ground. He then starts to run towards 2012 Steve, leaving the case far behind him. The two then start fighting hand to hand, and the case is suddenly right beside them. (01:22:30)

Continuity mistake: When Nat reunites with Barton in Tokyo to tell him about the plan, whilst he says "Don't give me hope", there are a few wet strands of hair shown going over his fringe. It then cuts to Nat, then back to Barton. In the second shot of Barton, the hair across his fringe is suddenly a lot more messier. (00:57:15)

Continuity mistake: When Scott's taco gets blown out of his hand by the ship, there is a cup on the bench beside him. A few seconds later when Rhodes arrives, the cup has disappeared. Bruce then approaches the bench and the cup has reappeared on the floor beneath it. (00:48:15)

Continuity mistake: When Rocket and Nebula land on Earth, as Rocket is asking Scott where "Big Green" is, Scott is holding a taco shell in his right arm that is raised slightly above his knee. It then cuts to Nebula walking past him, where Scott's right arm is suddenly resting on his knee. (00:48:15)

Continuity mistake: When the three kids approach Bruce in the diner, Scott is in the corner of the frame with his right arm resting against the seat he is sitting on. Continuity mistake: When Scott is explaining the Quantum Realm to Steve and Nat, he begins eating a sandwich that he is holding in his right hand. It then cuts to a different angle where the sandwich is in his left hand. (00:32:00)

Continuity mistake: While Hulk eats breakfast with Cap, Nat and Scott, the crepe on the top is cut in two. In the next shot it's in one piece, then in two again. (00:38:30)
Suggested correction: The crepe is cut in two in every scene. The angle in the middle scene, does not show the cut as prominently as the first and last scene.
The mistake is valid. It's after the kids wanting the picture are leaving that you see the crepe is intact. You see the crepe from the same camera angle when the Hulk agrees to the picture and it's in half. In fact, in the shot of the crepe intact, it's completely differently coloring with less browning spots, so it's a different prop altogether.

Continuity mistake: When Jen regains consciousness after being impaled on the tree branch, blood is dripping out of her mouth, onto her nose and off her face. Part way into the scene, the blood has has stopped and her teeth are completely clean. Then a few seconds after that, blood is dripping out of her mouth again. (00:32:05)

Continuity mistake: Stan slips on a few pieces of broken glass and lands on the ground in a 12 o'clock position. The shot then cuts to Jen, but when it cuts back to Stan, his body has suddenly rotated closer to a 10 o'clock position. (01:20:45)

Continuity mistake: When Jen and Richard are about to have sex after arriving at the house, he pulls on her hair, causing some hair to go over her shoulder. The shot cuts and the hair going over her shoulder is no longer there. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: When the helicopter arrives at the house, Jen is shown sucking on a lollipop whilst Richard gets out. The camera changes angles to Richard opening the door - the lollipop is suddenly out of her mouth. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: On the helicopter, as the camera is pulling away from Richard's sunglasses, he is sitting in the passenger seat and Jen is shown sitting in the back, in the middle seat. Continuity mistake: Whilst running through the hallway, Jen slips on some blood and falls over. The shotgun lands on the floor right next to the wall. Two quick cuts after, the shotgun has changed position, moving to a different part of the floor. (01:41:40)
