Continuity mistake: In the opening scene at the Arctic Circle, two of the workers are shown playing poker. The player on the right pushes the coin pile to the left side of the container. A couple of shots later, after the player on the left has claimed victory, the coin pile has suddenly moved to the middle. (00:01:35)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, Joe and Quagmire are shown sitting at a booth inside the bar with Joe pulled up to the corner of the booth. As Peter apologizes to them, Joe is no longer seen next to him. As Peter takes Quagmire's check, a part of Joe is seen sitting in the next booth. In the shot after, he disappears again for the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: After Blackadder talks to Baldrick and Percy about the plan, Blackadder walks to the window to notice MacAngus getting on a horse to exit the castle. The shot where Blackadder walks over to the window shows only one window above the window Blackadder looks out of and nothing more. A couple of shots later when the camera is in front of Blackadder, two extra windows have appeared from nowhere. There was an iron maiden there which could have blocked the view, but at least six inches of wall are shown between the iron maiden and window, so the window couldn't have been blocked by it. Not to mention the window panes are in a grid of 3x3 from inside, but 4x4 from outside. (00:15:45)

Tintin in Tibet: Part 2 - S2-E7
Other mistake: Haddock becomes exhausted and sits down. Tintin points out he'll freeze. Watch the two horizontal strips along the middle of his jacket. They are yellow for a few frames, then they go to blue for a few frames. Then if you look super carefully, you'll see that the two straps vanish from shot for a quick frame. Then they reappear. Continuity mistake: When Tharkey points out that they must leave, Haddock walks over a hill where footprints are visible behind him and Tintin. But when Tintin points out there is a scarf on the mountain, the footsteps behind him have vanished. (00:25:00)

Continuity mistake: Admiral Marcus' ship "The Vengeance" comes out of warp and immediately appears to be right beside the Enterprise. The top of the ship even goes over the roof of the Enterprise to prove it. Yet from an immediate side angle of the two ships, the distance between the two ships has increased noticeably and the Enterprise is now facing towards the Vengeance. (01:12:55)

Revealing mistake: When the officer on the bike chases Wilee, the door to a taxi opens and the officer collides with the door. You can see that the window had been removed from the door to make sure the actor doesn't get injured. It certainly wasn't rolled down because the frame isn't even there. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: Whilst riding through New York at 5:17pm, Wilee drives past a silver Ford. As he does this, a taxi is visible behind it. But when the shot cuts, the taxi has suddenly become a black car. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When Wilee phones Manny early on in the movie, Wilee unlocks the chain to his bike and the bike and chain fall to the floor. Wilee then picks up the chain and doesn't pick up the bike. But by the time he finishes the call with Manny, the bike is now back to being laid against the tree, when it was on the ground moments earlier. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: When Haddock starts lowering Tharkey into the cave, a rope is wrapped around a walking stick. There are three loops around the stick to begin with. A couple of shots later in a close-up of the stick, there are now only two loops in the rope. (00:19:05)

An animation error occurs regarding one footstep, in which half of it vanishes from shot for a quick frame and then reappears as the shot starts to pan, revealing that the footsteps were not drawn by the animators in each individual frame.
