Continuity mistake: When Brian is about to fly back through the time rift, there is a mixture of blue and orange lighting coming from the rift that is cast on him and the wall behind him. When Nick rushes into the cockpit to tell him to turn back, in the close-up of Brian, the wall behind has blue light on it. When the shot cuts to have Nick and Brian in the frame, the wall now has orange light on it. (02:33:43)

Continuity mistake: When Nick sits back in the passenger seat after Brian turns away from the time rift, he is holding onto his left arm after banging it. When he sits down, his left hand is placed over his right arm. When the shot cuts, his left hand is suddenly raised upward slightly. (02:34:58)

Continuity mistake: When the Langoliers bite off Toomey's leg, he falls to the ground and his tie can be seen falling over his right shoulder. Other mistake: Mob Rules: In the opening cutscene for Bartman Begins, Uter, Ralph, Jimbo, Dolph and Kearney are seen queueing outside the Sequel Stop store. In the opening cutscene for Mob Rules, the exact same group of people can be seen coincidentally queueing outside the same store, despite the passage of time.

Revealing mistake: Bargain Bin: When the Simpsons are sitting at the computer, the Ethernet cable seen coming out of the back of the computer doesn't appear to lead anywhere. The Ethernet cable is shown attached to the computer, but it ends after a few inches and is not attached to anything else. The animation for the cable was incomplete.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Game: When Homer is handed the Sparklemon after he and Lisa defeat Ralph, his left arm is raised when he grabs onto it. In the next shot, his left arm is at his side and the Sparklemon has disappeared. The same mistake is also made when they defeat Sherri and Terri.

Continuity mistake: When the band is marching through the streets, whilst Squidward is pressuring the flag twirlers to move faster, there are some fish drumming behind them. One is a blue fish wearing a yellow shirt seen standing on the left, and another is a brown fish wearing a red shirt seen standing on the right. When the flag twirlers behind to fly off the ground, those two fish have swapped places.
