Continuity mistake: When the lemmings enter the cage that Grandpa is being held in, a shot shown with Grandpa in the focus shows the lemming in the middle standing with one of the cell bars directly behind him, but in the next shot, the cell bar is no longer positioned behind the middle lemming, who is now standing behind an open space in the cell. Continuity mistake: When Mr. Greene walks over to his bookcase to activate the secret passage by pulling on the green file, there is a very light grey colour file on the left of the green file and a very dark grey file on the right of the file. In the shot where he pulls on the green file, there is suddenly a light grey colour file on both left and right of the file. The files go back in the next shot. (00:39:20)

Continuity mistake: When Vera says "Meet Norm of the north" to Mr. Greene, Norm is standing on the floor away from the rug. The shot zooms in on him and takes a few steps forward without going anywhere near the rug. The shot cuts to him looking at the CCTV and stands still, but when he is on the CCTV in the next shot, he is suddenly standing on the rug. In the shot after that, he is standing on the opposite end of the rug. (00:37:00)

Continuity mistake: When the Polar Council is talking with Mr. Greene about the condos in the Arctic being a ludicrous idea, Vera is standing almost beside him, but a couple of shots later, Vera is suddenly standing far behind him. (00:34:05)

Continuity mistake: After the seal runs away from Vera, the area where Vera is standing in the ice begins to crack. When Vera's phone starts ringing, her left foot is positioned around a foot away from the crack. Vera never changes her position, but when the shot is on her feet, her left foot has suddenly moved much closer to the crack. (00:22:05)

Continuity mistake: Norm's father tells Norm to step forward. There is a small rise in the snow behind Norm on his right. Norm's father then tells him he is not to go grandpa's land, but when Norm is shown again, a small rise in the snow has suddenly appeared behind him on his left. (00:13:25)

Continuity mistake: When Norm shows everyone the flamingo from Florida, everyone starts laughing and Socrates is seen behind Norm on his right. The shot cuts to Norm's father for two seconds, but when the shot cuts back, Socrates is suddenly standing behind Norm on left. Continuity mistake: Whilst Norm is chasing down the seal, a group of deers are playing poker. In the first shot, there is a small amount of poker chips shown on the ice they are using as a table, but in the next shot, there are more. It goes back and forth like that. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene for Temple of the Grail, Indy, Henry Sr and Sallah are standing outside the Grail Temple. Indy is walking off-screen whilst Henry Sr and Sallah talk briefly, but when the level starts, Marcus Brody has suddenly appeared with the group out of absolutely nowhere. He was never shown with the other three at any point before this in the cutscene nor was he ever shown with them at any point in the previous level.

Continuity mistake: When Norm, Olympia and Vera are at Olympia and Vera's apartment, Vera is carrying two grocery bags to put onto the counter whilst Olympia is talking about human activity potentially destroying the Arctic. When Vera puts the grocery bags on the counter, there is nothing shown on the chopping board, but a few shots later, a tomato and an onion have suddenly appeared on the chopping board. (01:03:55)

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Milhouse is about to give the key card to Homer and Lisa, he extends his arm to hand it to them and puts his arm in a bent position. In the next shot, his arm is fully extended, with no visible bend.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: After Mr. Sparkle tidies up the town, Milhouse shrinks down to regular size and his crown falls off his head. The crown is rolling away from Milhouse and stops slightly behind him on his left. In the next shot, the crown is suddenly far behind him.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer and Lisa insert the three Sparklemon into the coin slots, Mr. Sparkle rises and the area where Homer and Lisa are standing and where the coin slots are located can be seen in the shot of Mr. Sparkle rising out of the giant toilet. They are seen standing on the left hand side of the giant toilet, but when Mr. Sparkle "cleans" the village, the giant toilet can be seen in shot, but Homer and Lisa are nowhere in sight.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: In the opening shot of the ending cutscene, an overview shot is of Homer and Lisa standing in front of the huge toilet. They are standing in some mud in the overview angle, but when the shot cuts to a closet angle, they are suddenly standing on the ground, away from the mud.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer and Lisa are talking with Milhouse in the opening cutscene, Homer and Lisa are standing on the ground about a few feet away from the ocean, but in the shot where Milhouse says "But I'm so huge", Homer and Lisa are suddenly a much further distance from the ocean.
