Continuity mistake: When Coco is examining the skeleton, the shots of Coco in focus show Lieutenant Joshi in the background leaning her elbow on the medical table, and remains this way until Coco says "Sorry" after referring to Sapper Morton as a sentimental skin job. Joshi then asks where's the kid and she suddenly has her arms crossed and not leaning on the table. This isn't very easy to see when she is asking, but is noticeable when Coco gets up from his seat in the next shot. (00:25:35)

The shot cuts to another angle of the table to focus on the hair sample, and the part of the table where the teeth have been placed is still visible in shot, but the teeth are suddenly nowhere in sight. Continuity mistake: When K is ambushed by the scavengers, the first one attacks him and K breaks his back with his knee. A second one then attacks him and K drops the first. When the first is dropped, the body is positioned near the car. Seconds later, when K is blasted back by an explosion, the first scavenger that attacked K has moved more ahead of the car. Also, when Luv is shown watching K from her perspective, the first scavenger's body has now moved again, several meters away from the car. (01:02:50 - 01:03:50)

In the shot of one of the scavengers running up to K to attack him, nothing is hanging out of the car door. As he walks over, Atlas is not on the same couch as the other Horsemen, but when Walter goes to sit down he squeezes between all of the Horsemen with Atlas now on the end of the same couch as everyone else.

Continuity mistake: When Walter begins hijacking the Horsemen at the OCTA launch, Dylan says "let's go to the back", and the FBI director tells him to stay here. There is a bald FBI agent standing in front of him to the right, but in the next shot, the FBI agent is suddenly behind him. (00:24:15)

During this shot, Thaddeus is shown lowering his car window until it has reached the bottom. In the next shot, as Thaddeus says "See for yourself", the shot shows the window only half rolled down. When the shot stops panning, there are papers on Dylan's table. The paper on top is facing a 12 o'clock direction. Alma asks Dylan to pick out a card and he does. When he puts the card back, the paper on top is now facing a 10 o'clock direction without him ever moving it. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dylan lands in the fake vault, he lands right next to the stand where all the money was placed on. When Alma, Thaddeus and Thaddeus' assistant enter the vault, he is suddenly standing almost a few meters away from the stand where all the money was placed. This has nothing to do with the camera angles because his hand landed on the stand as he landed in the vault. (00:36:05)
