The Blue Lotus: Part 1 - S1-E8

Plot hole: When the Chinese man who visits Tintin goes crazy from the same type of dart that was shot at Doctor Sarcophagus, he tells the guard to go to the Maharajah's son. About 9 seconds later, they are seen bringing the boy back inside. There wouldn't have been enough time for them to get all the way to the ground considering they were a floor above them a few seconds ago. (00:03:05)

The Crab with the Golden Claws: Part 2 - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: At the start of Thomson and Thompson's meeting with Ben Salaad, Ben pours a drink into one of the three glasses he has on the table. When Ben goes annoyed when they accuse him of being a drug smuggler and the three glasses bounce into the air, not one of the glasses seem to have any drink in them. There wasn't enough time for him to drink since he was talking. (00:40:30 - 00:41:00)

Trivia: At the end of the movie, Mike and Sulley begin their career at Monsters Inc by working in the Mail Room. Also working in the Mail Room is The Abominable Snowman we met in the original (who is voiced by John Ratzenberger). This is making a reference to the TV show Cheers, where John Ratzenberger also played a mailman.

Deliberate mistake: In Monsters, Inc., when Mike and Sulley walked through Monstropolis to go to the company, Mike said to Sulley "You've been jealous of my good looks since the fourth grade". In this film, we're told Mike and Sulley met in college. [In the commentary, director Dan Scanlon explained that there was a lengthy scene that would have followed Mike and Sully throughout their years in elementary school, but it would have slowed the pace of the film and would have reduced the impact of their rivalry. Rather than spend a lot of time on a back story, Scanlon decided to have Mike and Sully meet in college, even though this was inaccurate.]

Monsters, Inc. mistake picture

Continuity mistake: The scare chart shows a picture of the scarer and the number totals. In the shot that shows Mike repeatedly taking out tanks whilst Sulley is scaring the child, the names of the people have suddenly appeared next to the pictures of the scarers that weren't even there in previous or following shots. This only happens in the international version.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)

Continuity mistake: Two people put an employee of the month picture of Mike and Sulley on the wall. The photo is noticeably crooked. In the shots of the two people talking to Mike and Sulley, the photo is correctly positioned without being touched.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)

Continuity mistake: Waternoose grabs a scream can and starts releasing all the energy and the red line starts to go down. There are white lines over sections of the can. When he begins to release the energy, right at the very end of the first shot, the red line that goes down has not yet reached the first white line. In the very next shot, the red line has suddenly passed the white line.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)

Continuity mistake: When we first see Waternoose, he says a single touch of a child could kill them. A yellow guy throws his pencil and pad forwards out of his hands. When Waternoose walks over to the three people, the pencil and pad has moved to the right of the yellow guy without ever being touched.
