Revealing mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Homer and Bart watch the mall be invaded, the citizens being sucked into the ship are just the same people repeated three times.

Casual Person

Bug: Day of the Dolphin: In the underground aquarium scene where you have to defeat Snorky, switch to Lisa and use her Hand Of Buddha power to move the jellyfish and place them on the hexagon-shaped grey platforms on the left corner on the screen. If you place one of the jellyfish on the platform and drop the other one, the jellyfish you dropped cannot be picked up a second time. It will just be stuck on the ground.

Casual Person

Continuity mistake: Day of the Dolphin: During the intro cutscene, Captain McAllister is untied from the ropes. Part of the rope he holds in his hand, then eventually he drops the rope. As soon as the level starts, the rope he dropped is no longer visible.

Casual Person

Plot hole: Level Four: Just after you finish defeating The Jumbo Shrimp, SpongeBob is back at Squidward's house telling him the story. Squidward tells SpongeBob that something is wrong with Gary and SpongeBob goes back over to the house to see what is wrong with him. SpongeBob finds out that Gary is hungry and attempts to go to Patrick to see what to get because they are out of pet food. This makes no sense because in level one earlier, SpongeBob opened up a pantry filled with pet food. There's no way they could have been out of food.

Casual Person

Plot hole: Level Five: After finishing the mission to defeat The Dirty Bubble atop the Sea Needle, the game completes, the Dirty Bubble is stopped and Bikini Bottom is saved from the little dirty bubbles infecting them. After saving the day, the game lets you go back to Bikini Bottom to finish off some other missions, but despite this the citizens are still infected by the little dirty bubbles and if you go back to the Sea Needle, the Dirty Bubble is still waiting there and reading to be battled again.

Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: During the final boss battle between Bart, Lisa and the Ape, you have to strike the ape with Lisa's hand lightning and battle Kung fu fighters entering through elevators. If you completely ignore these fighters and just go straight to taking the ape down, the ape will die after 3 lightning strikes and fall into the game waste stuff. The conclusion clip starts to play where Professor Frink gives the manual to Bart and Lisa, and yet the Kung Fu fighters don't seem to be there anymore, even if you didn't bother to take them down.

Casual Person

Plot hole: Enter The Cheatrix: The level shows Bart and Lisa chase the ape holding Professor Frink. Each part of the level consists of Bart and Lisa running through each place the ape went through. If that is so, while it has been shown to jump a few meters, it doesn't make sense how the ape was able to jump over two huge buckets of blood that was almost five times as more as a jump than it can usually handle. Even if the ape swam through the blood, there should still be blood on it or Professor Frink's clothes.

Deliberate mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: Any time in this level that shows one player jump into a pipe, the next scene shows two players exiting the pipe at the same time.

Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: After Bart and Lisa break into Frink's basement, they discover a Rift Portal. The first shot shows the "DO NOT USE" sign a foot above Bart and Lisa's height. But as Bart walks into the portal, the sign is suddenly located at the same height as Bart.

Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: When Bart and Lisa knock on Frink's door, they receive no answer and smash the window basement down and enter the basement. As the window smashes, part of the wooden window frame falls out of the frame and lands on the floor. Next shot, the glass from the broken window is still on the ground for a split second, but no wooden frame.

Continuity mistake: After the rope keeping Ryan and Matt tethered together is snapped, Ryan continues drifting downwards towards the Earth. The shot continues panning until the camera stops with the camera high up. As she falls, the ropes from the parachute around the satellite are on Ryan's right. In the next shot from low down, the ropes from the parachute have moved to Ryan's left. She was only shown spiralling downwards throughout the shot, so her position next to the ropes would not have been affected. (00:30:25)

Question: Several items thrown into the portal at the abandoned warehouse comes back through another end. How exactly do the items manage to get from the other dimension back through the other end of the portal?

Casual Person

Chosen answer: As seen in the film, the portals are in flux. They are constantly activating and deactivating, potentially pulling items through from one dimension to another.

MasterOfAll

Question: Is there any explanation to why several items thrown into the portal in the abandoned warehouse comes back whilst other stuff thrown into the portal doesn't?

Casual Person

Chosen answer: No explanation is given, but the answer is onscreen. When Jane and Thor walk into the cave after meeting Malekith, they find the other objects that were thrown into the portal that didn't return. Jane doesn't offer an explanation of how, but understands the implications of returning home. Given the fluctuating gravitational fields, we can only assume that the times at which objects entered the portal were the differentiating factor. It should also be noted that everything thrown through the portal was some kind of metal, so that might be a factor.

Other mistake: When Francine gives the family gifts, Stan writes "How did you pay for this?" on his board. Francine replies "Well, money, of course" to which Stan writes another sentence on his board. He starts writing without clearing the board, yet when he turns the board back to show the sentence "Is that true, Steve?", the original "How did you pay for this?" isn't visible on the board, despite not clearing it. Continuity mistake: As Thor and Odin watch the people practicing battling, Odin says Thor has earned his gratitude. Thor says "Thank you" lowering his head. In the next shot, his head is suddenly raised. (00:10:35)
