Other mistake: Two security guards at Firebrand are shown watching a video of Tom, as Mr. Fuzzypants, jumping across a doorway and Lara and Madison attempting to catch him that Nicole filmed. The problem is, the camera angle shows an angle in front of Lara, Madison and the cat and Nicole filmed the video from behind the cat. Nicole can even be seen filming in the background of the video. There is still no way this footage could have been filmed from this angle. (01:15:55)

Deliberate mistake: When the two security guards inside Firebrand alert the other security about David being on the roof, a news reporter overhears, announces it and everyone looks up. The news channel then shows an above angle shot of David standing on the ledge within a second, but how did the news channel manage to start filming David standing on the roof that quickly or even manage to film from this angle? David going up onto the roof was entirely unplanned and within a few seconds of anyone realizing he was on the roof, there is suddenly a news helicopter from above filming the entire thing. It could not have been filmed from the ground because the news is filming an above angle shot and would have been too far away to film. This was probably done intentionally to increase the drama, but still makes little sense. (01:16:50)

Deliberate mistake: After David jumps off the roof of the Firebrand building, it is discovered that he had been wearing a parachute, but this parachute was never visible on him at any point previously in the scene. Even when he was on the roof and after jumping, the parachute was nowhere to be seen. The parachute was too big to have gone unnoticed. It would have been visible whenever the shot was behind him and the straps would have been seen whenever the camera was in front of him. (01:17:30)

Continuity mistake: When David and Tom, as Mr. Fuzzypants are free falling from the building roof, David and Tom are falling with the building facing behind them. They turn around to face each other and are now shown with their side facing the building, but when David deploys the parachute, he is suddenly back with the building facing behind him again. Visible crew/equipment: After leaving the Ambassador's compound and returning to the Annex after Ambassador Stevens decides to stay at the compound, Rone is asked how did it go, where he replies "He's a rock star. Everybody in Benghazi knew he'd be there" and walks indoors. Whilst Rone walks through the doorway, the reflection of the camera and cameraman can be seen reflected in the glass pane of the door as the camera passes by. (00:33:45)

Visible crew/equipment: At 12:17am, after the police car slows down and speeds back up in front of the Annex, Rone says "Oz? This is where we make our stand." Whilst Rone is talking, the camera is panning down on Oz who is keeping watch and the shadow of the camera can be seen cast on the top of the wall towards the left of shot. (01:27:35)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Annex is being invaded by the Tangos, one of the GRS team members is shown running across the courtyard whilst Oz, off-screen says "We got about 25-30 Tangos." About a second before the shot ends, the shadow of the camera can be seen cast on the wall of the building whilst the man is running and is then cast on a tree in the foreground of the shot. Factual error: Lisa the Tree Hugger: After saving Lenny and Carl, Bart aims his slingshot at the target controlling the factory and fires a stone from the slingshot, hitting the target. Once the stone hits the target, debris from the impact can be seen flying off the target showing that it has been destroyed, but as the dust clears, the target is virtually intact.

Continuity mistake: When the Falcon is being pursued by the Star Destroyers after escaping Hoth, C-3PO enters the cockpit, attempting to talk with Han, but the ship shakes and he lands on Chewie. After Han says to check the deflector shields, Chewie pushes C-3PO off him, though C-3PO leaves his hand on Chewie's shoulder. In the next shot, C-3PO is suddenly standing at the other end of the cockpit, with his hand nowhere near Chewie. (00:37:10)

Continuity mistake: After the seal runs away from Vera, the area where Vera is standing in the ice begins to crack. When Vera's phone starts ringing, her left foot is positioned around a foot away from the crack. Vera never changes her position, but when the shot is on her feet, her left foot has suddenly moved much closer to the crack. (00:22:05)

Plot hole: When Norm is being interviewed on the talk show, he is shown a clip from when he stopped Mr. Greene in the restaurant with footage that was taken on the phones of the patrons at the restaurant. A strong majority of the footage shown would be virtually impossible to shoot taking into consideration that it was filmed with a camera phone. Some shots take place in a position none of the patrons were even standing in and some shots feature close ups, zoom outs and precise camera movements following the action almost accurately which would have been impossible to film in real time. Continuity mistake: When Justin Bieber takes out his phone after being shot, the time on the phone is displayed as 1:48AM, but seconds later, when the camera pans down on the phone before the scene ends, the time displayed on the phone is now 1:51AM. Three minutes did not pass during this time.

Revealing mistake: When Brenner and Cooper are at a bar, they are watching a news report of Cooper at a school reading to a group of children. There are a couple of times in the report that show a shot of the children, but whenever the shot is on Cooper, there are no cameras in sight that would be used to film the shots of the children, revealing that the shots of Cooper and the shots of the children were filmed separately.

Continuity mistake: Whilst Norm is chasing down the seal, a group of deers are playing poker. In the first shot, there is a small amount of poker chips shown on the ice they are using as a table, but in the next shot, there are more. It goes back and forth like that. (00:01:45)

The shot cuts to Norm's father for two seconds, but when the shot cuts back, Socrates is suddenly standing behind Norm on left. Continuity mistake: Norm, Socrates and the lemmings are walking in the snow after Norm is unsuccessful about telling the others about the houses made by the humans. There is a trail of footprints in the snow left behind Norm from where he was walking. About thirty seconds later, Socrates flies away and the footprints behind Norm have suddenly vanished. Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene for Temple of the Grail, Indy, Henry Sr and Sallah are standing outside the Grail Temple. Indy is walking off-screen whilst Henry Sr and Sallah talk briefly, but when the level starts, Marcus Brody has suddenly appeared with the group out of absolutely nowhere. He was never shown with the other three at any point before this in the cutscene nor was he ever shown with them at any point in the previous level.

Visible crew/equipment: During the performance of "Gotta Get A Gift", there is a handheld camera shot where the turtles are walking towards the camera singing the chorus while the camera moves around them. Just before the camera cuts to another shot, a stage light can be seen in the background to the left of shot, behind Michelangelo. Additionally, two shots after this, the same stage light can be seen again in the far background and can also be seen right at the start of the shot after that for a brief moment.
