Continuity mistake: In the scene where Francine says she used to be friends with everyone in the block, there is a cutaway of a previous neighbor couple called the McLearys. After the cutaway, keep an eye on Francine's coffee mug. The mug keeps changing position on the table between shots. (00:02:10)

Other mistake: Bartman Begins: When Bart drops the huge dinosaur skeleton on top of Dolph, Dolph is still shown standing despite the huge skeleton landing on top of him. His body also passes through one of the ribs.

Continuity mistake: Bartman Begins: After Bart flies onto the seal forming the bridge, a cutscene is then shown of Homer and Bart standing next to a glass wall witnessing the bullies stealing the artifacts. When it returns to the game, Homer and Bart are back on the seal.

Continuity mistake: Whenever Bart fires his slingshot, we can see the stone he used fall on the ground. The stone disappears off the ground about 5 seconds later.

Bug: Try and walk around the car in the Simpson garage from the right. After walking past the boot, it won't let you walk around the left side of the car.

Character mistake: In the Simpson house, the time on the grandfather clock in the hallway reads 12:15. But the clock in the kitchen reads 10:00.

Factual error: When the moon is regrowing, it destroys the ship (which is pushing it further into the sky), yet the moon is still pushed into the sky anyway, even though there isn't anything to push it. Even if only the cockpit was destroyed and the rocket's engine was still there, it still wouldn't have been strong enough to push the moon into orbit anyway.

Continuity mistake: The girls shoot the freeze ray at Gru and he gets covered in ice. After his flashback he falls back and the ice shatters. But when Gru says "But I...", the ice has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: The car was parked a few yards outside Vector's house. The girls leave after delivering the cookies and they are half way down the path. Yet a minute and 45 seconds later, they are still walking back to the car even though it was only a few yards away from Vector's house.

Continuity mistake: Gru and two minions run through the air vent and fall through a hatch. There was no sign of the hatch in previous shots.

Continuity mistake: When the three girls are walking away from Gru, they are about to walk past Fred's driveway. In the next shot, they have already walked past the driveway within a split second.

Continuity mistake: During one of Gru's attempts to break into Vector's house, he is targeted with many bombs. In the first shot, only one of the bombs is colored red on the end. In the next shot, at least half of the bombs are colored red on the end.

Continuity mistake: Gru enters the Bank of Evil and starts walking through a corridor. As he starts to walk, he begins to walk past the first pillar. In the next shot, he has suddenly walked past at least 3 pillars.

Continuity mistake: When Gru enters the bank, the glass wall that the banker is seen behind is a type of glass that you can hardly see anyone behind. The next shot shows a glass wall that you can see the banker behind.

Continuity mistake: In the very first shot of inside the orphanage, the tape mark on the floor is at least 3 feet away from the desk. The three girls stand behind it and 2 shots later we can see they are standing about an inch away from the desk. Then when Miss Hattie stands up, the tape is now a foot away from the table.

Continuity mistake: When Gru is explaining his plan to the minions, one of them takes out a torpedo and fires. The torpedo is held by one of the taller minions at first, but after the torpedo has fired and Gru says "Hey, Dave", we can see the torpedo was held by one of the smaller minions.

Continuity mistake: When Gru tells the minions what he's going to do, one of the minions take out a torpedo. The angle of the torpedo changes between shots.
