Continuity mistake: When Peter, Joe and Quagmire are watching Superman, they are first shown with three glasses on the table, one for each. After the scene of Superman is played on the TV, there are suddenly five glasses on the table. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: When Peter is eating dinner with Lois and her parents, on his plate there is mashed potatoes and meat loaf. Peter shovels potatoes in his mouth then spits them out all over the table. When his plate is shown again, the meat loaf has disappeared from the plate even though he didn't touch it.
Revealing mistake: As Stewie is walking toward Herbert's house, he just suddenly appears mid-screen.
Revealing mistake: Right after the "Ghost Whisperer" cutaway, while Peter, Chris, and Lois are sitting on the couch, Chris' eyes disappear for a single frame.
Continuity mistake: At the Founding Father Restaurant, Stewie is drawing on a treasure map in red crayon and Peter takes it. In the next scene, where Peter shows the map to Quagmire and Joe at the Clam, the red crayon mark is no longer there.
Revealing mistake: When Peter leans down to get the basketball, a dot briefly appears on his shorts, then disappears almost immediately.

Continuity mistake: When Carter says "a million dollars", after giving Peter a check, Carter's eyebrows disappear.
Stuck Together, Torn Apart - S3-E19
Continuity mistake: After Quagmire changes the time on the clock, the clock disappears in the next shot.
Audio problem: In the flashback of Handful of Peter singing about the Indian chief, the musical notes Peter and Lois play continue to change pitch after they take their hands off their instruments' frets, which should default back to the open string notes.
A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Bucks - S2-E11
Audio problem: When Peter comes out of the bathroom with wet hands and goes to dry them, the sound of the dryer is heard before he touches the button.
Continuity mistake: Peter gives Chris a carton of cigarettes and lights one for him to smoke. Camera cuts to Lois, then back to Chris and the cigarette in Chris's mouth and the carton on his lap are nowhere in sight.
Continuity mistake: The gun in Peter's first cutaway vanishes when the stage goes dark.
Continuity mistake: One of the ping pong balls that fall off Peter vanishes when it hits the ground.
Stu & Stewie's Excellent Adventure - S4-E30
Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode, Stewie gets on a cable car and sits next to older Stewie and they are facing out of the car. However, at the start of this episode, the seat they are sitting on is facing forwards.
Continuity mistake: When Carter destroys the bench after being the first contestant out of wining the old dirt bike, in the digger he backs off screen and you hear a crash and a car alarm, but when the shot is widened you see two cars where he backed into and both are undamaged.
Road to the North Pole - S9-E7
Continuity mistake: Before the start of 'Christmas Time is Killing us', Brian and Stewie hold each other. However, in the very next shot, they are standing normally.

Continuity mistake: In the robot scene, 'Brian' is holding up a document. When 'Robert' says "Well, it's true", it cuts to a close up of Brian and the document has disappeared.
Answer: Mort is Jewish, and Walt Disney was said to be antisemitic. So it would make sense in a Disney universe all the inhabitants would share his supposed beliefs.
