Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4
Deliberate mistake: The time machine reverting causes everything in life to go backwards. However, although the characters' actions are reversed, their dialogue is always spoken forwards and not backwards. (00:08:00)
Other mistake: When the family gets to the top of the mountain Brian goes left off-screen to pee. Lois says "we proved we aren't second best." Wideshot shows the Fishmans sitting there. They would've all seen them when they got there, yet they are shocked when Ross says "Well look who finally got here." And they are only inches apart.
Space Cadet - S11-E9
Revealing mistake: When Chris is giving them a tour of the shuttle, they are standing up normal. When they take off, they are still standing straight up. The shuttle goes straight up. You would be on your back at take off. They would never be able to stand straight up.
Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4
Other mistake: Everything goes backwards in time and goes that far back that Meg (who is voiced by Mila Kunis) goes back to being voiced by Lacey Chabert (who voiced Meg in season 1). However, when Lacey Chabert does her line to Stewie being in the Griffin house for the first time, it goes back to Mila Kunis when Stewie is "reborn". However, if everything was going backwards and Brian fixed everything to make it goes forwards again, then it still should have been Lacey Chabert voicing Meg, not Mila Kunis. (00:16:30 - 00:19:35)
Continuity mistake: When Peter and the family reach the top of Mt Everest, it shows a long shot of them all by themselves. Cut to Lois talking - another family is suddenly sitting there, and the woman says "we beat you by one hour and 11 minutes." (00:14:00)
Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4
Factual error: Near the end when Stewie is being put back and out of Lois's womb, he has no umbilical cord attached to him.
Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is born whilst time is reverting, Doctor Hartman says "It's a girl... with a penis and no vagina". Then after Brian restored the flow of time and Stewie is actually born, Doctor Hartman instead says "It's a boy". (00:18:25 - 00:19:55)
Lois Comes Out of Her Shell - S11-E6
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is colouring on the floor his position keeps changing between shots. Note his book in relation to the rug. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: At the top of the mountain, there are 3 string of flags attached to a pole. The shortest of which is 3 flags. Red, Blue, Yellow. However, after the shot zooms and comes back to the Griffins, the colours are now Blue, Red, Blue. The colours of a second string also change. (00:13:30)
Valentine's Day in Quahog - S11-E12
Continuity mistake: When Quagmire gets shocked, the plug socket has 3 holes in it. When Quagmire is hitting the ground, there is only 2. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: When we see Brian drinking in the Clam for the first time, he finishes his drink but when Peter appears his glass is half full again. (00:08:20)
Space Cadet - S11-E9
Continuity mistake: Peter cuts his head with the comb near the start, however the blood simply vanishes from his head. (00:03:10)
Jesus, Mary and Joseph! - S11-E8
Continuity mistake: At the start the amount of decorations on the tree changes quite significantly between consecutive shots. (00:01:10)
Friends Without Benefits - S11-E7
Continuity mistake: In the very first shot, Meg picks up her milk with her left hand and has her right hand on the table. The shot changes to a closer one and her right hand is lo longer on the table. (00:00:35)
Lois Comes Out of Her Shell - S11-E6
Continuity mistake: When Stewie opens the second box, the head is bigger than the box. Meaning the lid shouldn't have been able to sit flush on the box. (00:15:40)
Lois Comes Out of Her Shell - S11-E6
Continuity mistake: When Lois comes back from getting a tattoo, Brian's position on the rug changes instantly. (00:07:40)
Lois Comes Out of Her Shell - S11-E6
Continuity mistake: When Lois runs out the room, the glass and paper that Peter was holding simply disappeared. (00:05:40)
Lois Comes Out of Her Shell - S11-E6
Continuity mistake: At the start, the park bench moves closer to the paving slabs between the long and short camera angles. (00:01:40)
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
