Visible crew/equipment: After Rygel's transport pod returns to Moya, as the docking bay door slides open, in the shot facing everyone while they have their weapons drawn we can see the bare floor. However, when Aeryn checks Crais for hidden weapons and then as D'Argo approaches him, there's a blue crash mat on the floor. Then it vanishes again.

Continuity mistake: Right after Cordelia has her vision, Wesley goes to the whiteboard. In the "Case" column he writes "N.D.U.O." underneath what looks like "CARYNSS" crossed out. But once they find out that it is a Prio Motu demon and Angel writes it on the whiteboard, "N.D.U.O." disappears even though Angel did not rub it off.
Continuity mistake: As the power builds up in Bender, his left eye pops out, making him a cyclops, subsequently being eaten by the Cyclops eater. After the monster dies, Bender comes out, and has two eyes in the long shot, but puts his left eye back in the close up.

Plot hole: In Season 1, Episodes 5&6, it's mentioned several times that Zoey is already 19 a few weeks before she starts college. Yet in this episode, Charlie points out to Leo and the President later tells Oliver Babbish that Zoey was 17 when she was filling out her enrollment forms for college, therefore a parent had to sign them. These are enrollment forms, not application forms - it's extremely unlikely that they were filled out over a year before she started school.
Plot hole: In the episode "10,000 Steps," the parents from Amy's case say they adopted their first son Daniel when he was 3 because they thought they couldn't have biological children. Howeve,r the birth of their other son Seth proved that theory wrong. But Daniel is 13 and Seth is 12, so when Daniel was 3, Seth would have been 2 already.
Continuity mistake: After Carlos sees the snake on the pole he leaps off the roof onto the pole. When he jumps you can see it's quite a distance from the roof. After catching the snake he is holding onto the pole and asks to be helped back onto the roof. The other characters just put their hands out and pull him up. There was no way with the distance between the pole and the roof they could have come close to reaching him the way they did.
Factual error: When Mike is describing his attempted invasion of Paris to the TA officers, he mentions going on Space Mountain at Disneyland Paris. However, Mike says that it happened in 1994, which must be correct, as the officers in an important interview like this would pick him up on the inaccuracy. Space Mountain did not open until 1995.
Visible crew/equipment: When Shirley and Todd come into the house with their broken legs, they talk to Tom and Linda. Close-ups of each actor are shown when they are talking, but when we cut to wide shots of all 4 of them, the boom mike is shown at the top of the screen several times.
Character mistake: In the final episode, Carlos visits Doc in the psychiatric hospital for advice concerning his upcoming marriage to Holly. While talking, Carlos refers to Doc's deceased wife as "Linda", while throughout the series, it has been made very clear that her name was Deborah.
