Factual error: When Peter is sent back to 1984, he plans to see Zapped! in the theater with Lois; Zapped! was released in 1982, and was no longer in theaters by 1984.

Continuity mistake: Making his point to Peter, Brian smashes his Star Was glass on the floor which snaps Peter out of his stupor. The glass shattered into many pieces on the floor in front of Peter's chair. In the subsequent shots, the broken glass is nowhere to be seen on the floor. (00:18:02)

Continuity mistake: During the cut away to Superman and the good trying to attack him, Superman is on a ledge around 5ft in height however this instantly becomes a mere step. (00:08:30)

Other mistake: Stewie is standing up on the driver's seat yet he can drive a car normally. His feet don't touch the pedals so how is the car moving?
Other mistake: It makes no sense that Brian ever drives a car. His feet don't even touch the pedals! Hes always sitting like a normal person does when they drive.
Fast Times at Buddy Cianci Jr. High - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: When Stewie says about doing the robot to Brian, the stack of papers in front of him just simply disappear. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Lois is on the boat and Stewie is shooting her, the bullets are going through her body and out her back and in some shots you can see exit wounds on her back but in other shots they're missing.
Other mistake: When Stewie asks if the sheep is being "baashful", the animation of the duck nearest the camera keeps repeating. Watch carefully and you will see 2 bits of grain moving backwards and forwards in a horizontal motion. (00:00:35)

Continuity mistake: When the robber leaves the minimart, he has a fistful of dollars in one hand and his gun in the other. When he notices the bike, he's got 3 dollars and no gun in his hands. (00:03:55)

Factual error: While Trump is showing Peter around the White House, Trump stops and says, "Sorry, can you hang on a sec, gotta close this window, Melania's out there blowing bubbles for Eric." It's a fact that windows are not allowed to be opened in the White House for security sake. Michelle Obama was unaware at first and opened one and the secret service ordered her to shut that window immediately.

Other mistake: In the cutaway to Mike Tyson during the baseball game, people in the crowd are missing their faces. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: At the start we see Peter eating at the table and there is no-one to his left. Camera changes and a man in a red shirt has appeared. (00:01:40)

Continuity mistake: When Peter gives Chris the invitation to his party Meg walks into the kitchen, and both the fridge and freezer door handles are on the left side, but in following shots both door handles are back to their usual place on the right. (00:01:00 - 00:05:25)
Other mistake: When Peter tells Brian that "James Woods is being taken care of by top men" they show a philips head screw being hammered into the wooden crate in the warehouse. (00:20:15)
Continuity mistake: Quagmire and Meg are sitting on the couch. From out of nowhere he gives Meg a gift for her birthday. He came over empty handed.
Other mistake: When Peter was rescuing the Fishmans he totally missed grabbing the woman's hand but she didn't fall. (00:19:50)
Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: After the manager of the arcade takes money from other customers and cancels Stewie's reservation, Peter and Chris start walking along a row of arcade machines. Here the background was just copy and pasted over again, as they walk by the same place twice, and start a third time before the scene changes. (00:07:35)
I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: At the stop light, Meg starts racing a guy on a horse drawn carriage. When they leave the light, they are going down a road by a cliff side, and suddenly there are no lines in the road from the side angle. When it cuts to the carriage's wheel coming off, suddenly there is a dotted yellow line in the road by it. (00:03:17)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of this episode Peter is talking to Meg about her senior year in high school. This makes no sense considering she turned 18 in season 10, which was released in 2012.
