Factual error: Stewie could not have gotten herpes by blood - it's only transmitted by infected saliva or skin.
Suggested correction: Please tell me that you are not a doctor! The two types of herpes viruses, HSV1 and HSV2 can be transmitted in blood as well as saliva. Such transmission is very rare as the virus deactivates rapidly in stored blood, but it is incorrect to say that it cannot happen.
The Cleveland-Loretta Quagmire - S4-E5
Plot hole: Brian and Peter see Loretta and Quagmire having sex yet, they aren't sure who she's having an affair with. There's no way they couldn't have noticed it was Quagmire - the couch was facing the front door! And obviously Quagmire was on top of Loretta considering the fact that he leans up, says something, then she tells him to get back down here and finish.
Continuity mistake: When Meg is confronting her captor, he tells her he did not buy her to be a slave but to marry his son. When she straightens up, questioning this, her belly button disappears. (00:19:46)
Other mistake: After the airplane explodes, the group on the beach hold up their arms to shield themselves from falling debris. In a couple of frames, Cleveland's mustache loses its color and becomes like his flesh.
Other mistake: While Peter is questioning Carter how he could be having an affair, Peter's right sleeve suddenly becomes the same color as his skin for a few frames.
Continuity mistake: In the American Idol segment, Randy Jackson has a gold bracelet on his right arm. A few shots later, it has moved to being on his left arm.
Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater - S22-E16
Other mistake: When Peter, Quagmire, and Cleveland are carrying the pumpkin, there is a frame where Quagmire's mouth is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Peter and Carl are talking outside while Peter is drunk, Carl goes to turn away. Suddenly, the colours of his hat switch around, the orange and grey portions swapping places. (00:14:33)
Other mistake: While Quagmire is tickling Meg on the couch, there's a brief moment when her mouth disappears. (00:12:28)
Continuity mistake: Meg is wearing a pink top and blue bottoms in most of this episode, even when sitting at a table watching TV. Then, a few seconds later, when she demands her mum go get her a bag of Skittles, Meg is now in a solid pink dress.
Continuity mistake: When Brian is packing in the night, he picks up his last shirt and leaves socks on the bed. When Stewie is talking to him, the socks have disappeared. (00:12:10)
Continuity mistake: When Brian starts to fall behind the running group, he is shown in a long shot next to Stewie, but in the immediate close-up, he's not next to Stewie any more. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: Peter and Lois are in Meg's room and are standing in the middle of the room on her rug. Then, in the shot where Peter challenges Lois to a race around the world, suddenly they are standing next to her window at the wall. (00:06:05)
Continuity mistake: When Lois and Peter walk into Meg's room to comfort her, she has a Luke Perry poster on the wall above her bed next to the mirror. After the cutaway gag of Peter working as a Ghostbuster in high school, the poster has now vanished off her wall. Or it has moved so far to the right it's now out of frame. (00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: When Meg is telling the university dean that she is president of the Luke Perry Fan Club, Peter is suddenly no longer beside her. Also, the distance between her and Lois grows, the chairs they are sitting on suddenly become smaller, the bookshelf behind them suddenly becomes much more shallow, like it's cardboard and it's wider, and the blue books on the left of the screen change labels. Continuity mistake: In the Dean's office, he has papers on his desk looking over Meg's transcript. In the shots showing Peter, Lois and Meg, the desk is clear with no papers on it. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: When the university dean is looking at Meg's transcript, the folder of other papers he has on his desk suddenly moves back with more of the large white paper underneath it moving. And the text boxes at the top of the paper he's holding vanish in a closer shot. (00:04:31)
