Continuity mistake: Just before Peter enters the tunnel in his new car, the white line in the middle of the road is blotchy and not continuous. When the shot changes to Peter's POV, the line has completely disappeared. The next shot which shows the car side on, there is now a straight white line on the road. (00:14:20)

Continuity mistake: As Stewie is about to eat his brisket (just before he throws it at Meg) he is cutting part of it off. Just as he cuts through the shot cuts and you can see the brisket is now back in one whole piece. You can also see the mashed potatoes change from white to green.
Continuity mistake: When they are at the football game and Meg and the flag girls come out, and after Lois says, "Oh Peter, isn't she beautiful?", Peter's hot dog is yellow and has ketchup. But after he throws it on the field, it is back to normal. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: When Neil approaches Meg the first time we see her in her uniform, the colour of the trim on the top of her boots change from gold to red. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: In the clam we see Joe's drink just as Peter sits down, and there is no foam on the pint. Camera changes and the foam has appeared. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: Brian chucks a snowball at Stewie who avoids the snowball resulting in it hitting the tree behind him. Brian throws a second one and Stewie ducks again, but when he ducks, the previous snowball on the tree has gone. (00:01:20)
