Other mistake: After Pluto rises up from the Underworld, all the elves hide. When Pluto snatches Persephone and carries her away, the elves come out of hiding and begin to follow. The animation layer of the last elf on the left (turquoise hat) is not rendered properly, so his head and body appear out of thin air, mid-shot. (00:02:55)

Continuity mistake: When Pluto takes Persephone away to the Underworld, her flower chaplet remains lying on the ground up above, and the elves find it. However, when they arrive in the Underworld and Pluto carries Persephone to the throne, her flower chaplet is still adorning her head, but then it vanishes before he crowns her a queen. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where grandpa is attempting to ship his grandson to his dad in a cardboard box, grandpa says to the two ladies who are objecting to his requests "well give me a pen, and we'll write FRAGILE on it." Shortly before he says that, the box already says "FRAGILE" on the right hand side, and then 2 seconds later the writing has disappeared. (00:31:10 - 00:32:15)

Continuity mistake: Chase is doing the crossword and asks Foreman what the answer to the clue "iodine deficiency in children" is. The close-up shot of the magazine shows Chase has already written the answer in (cretinism), so why is he asking Foreman the same question? Then, when Foreman gives the (same) correct answer to Chase, he writes it down - only, of course, it's already been written down. (00:02:58)

Continuity mistake: At the start, when Mac is on the flight, he's holding a newspaper while the flight attendant walks toward him, but it cuts to a closer shot and the newspaper is instantly different as the flight attendant tells Mac he has an urgent call.

Continuity mistake: After Danny assists Lindsay with the multiple footprints issue, when Danny gets the phone call from Don, his dark shirt's right sleeve is unbuttoned and loose, but it cuts to a wider shot and suddenly his dark shirt sleeve is buttoned up, covering his watch and the white shirt. Visible crew/equipment: Part 4, A Race Against Death: The Doctor chides the First Elder about Ian's illness and says, "I must have chemicals and equipment; his death will be your fault and yours alone." Then, just as the Second Elder appears and says, "Sir," the boom mic (with white end) swings up between the two Sensorites, and we also see the diagonal boom pole moving at the left side of the screen.

Then, as the First Elder says, "I will have you conducted to the laboratory," the shadow of the boom mic is on his head.

When Carol hands the finished note to the new Second Elder, this close-up dissolves into another close-up of the note being held by Barbara. Carol's note is quite different in both of these close-ups.
