After Moretti's first phone call, Sonny is angry that "Jack downtown" gave him wrong information, and when he stands up there's an odd bulge at the back of his pants, presumably his mic transmitter. Then Sonny asks Mulvaney about the back door's location, and when Sonny leans down to tell Sal, "Cover them, cover them," we can see the mic and its wire between Al Pacino's tie and shirt. In exterior shots, we can see the outline of the white tape under Pacino's shirt (holds his lav mic in place due to the actor's frenetic movements). (00:07:55 - 00:20:40)

Continuity mistake: After the fight ends between Dalton and Jimmy, Jimmy is killed and kicked into the water. When Doc pulls Jimmy's body out of the water and onto the sand, Jimmy's eyes are wide open and his mouth is open. Immediately after, in a different camera angle, Jimmy's mouth is now closed and his eyes are shut before Doc even touches his eyes.

Visible crew/equipment: The tip of the boom is visible every couple of seconds as Daniel shares a 'Sully story' during lunch at Grace's Cafe. (00:13:35)

However, after Kong falls from the skyscraper, when Jack appears and says, "Ann, hang on, dear," this one shot is angled toward the left of the ESB, but the set's backdrop is positioned so it's the same background with the Chrysler Building, Queensboro Bridge, and Roosevelt Island, behind to the left. Continuity mistake: When King Kong carries Ann Darrow to the top of the Empire State Building, he places her on the ledge near the fixed ladder mounted to the building. During the scene, in Ann's close-ups, the ladder vanishes from where it should be, and in the zoom-in shots (biplane POV), the ladder is mounted in a different area than in the long shots. Revealing mistake: While King Kong is atop the Empire State Building, the biplanes are strafing their large target. There are several static close-up shots facing a biplane's nose, and in these "aerial" shots, there's a girder beneath the set prop's fuselage. (01:36:10)

Continuity mistake: When Mufasa is saying "let an old pro show you how it's done" during the morning report, Mufasa's eyes change from yellow to white and back. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: While Henry and Marcus are being held inside the tank, Indiana rides in circles and baits the tank to ram into one of the cars. In a following shot when we see Vogel walking toward the window inside the tank it's a flipped shot, note everything is backwards: strap, button, armband. Then two shots later, when Vogel shouts "quick" in German it's another flipped shot, and about five shots after that again flipped. (01:29:30)

Revealing mistake: When Sallah rides up to the tank to help, just as Indy shouts, "Get Dad!" we can see that Henry is actually lying on protective support, and not lying directly on the moving tank treads. (01:35:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Tony gets written up for speeding, it then cuts to Bryan Spatafore parking his pickup at the curb, and just as the pickup's door opens and closes, we can see the reflection of the boom mic on the vehicle's door and window.

Revealing mistake: After King Kong destroys the train track of the oncoming train, in the POV shot directly behind the train operator while he watches Kong rise from the broken track, the small model's support control bar is visible at the right as it moves up and down. The next shot is a close-up of the shocked motorman, and after he attempts to stop the train, there's another shot facing Kong with the control bar visible for a moment. (01:31:50)
