Revealing mistake: When Wonder Woman (Diana) uses her bracelets to dodge bullets, the many sparks that the bracelets emit, as the bullets hit, are controlled by wired remotes held in Lynda Carter's hands. They are quite visible in her fists in many episodes. Small red bits around the circumference of the bracelets also appear, which provide the flashing spark special effects.

Visible crew/equipment: To break the deadlock during the Tournament of Athletic Games, the last event is bullets and bracelets, and when Diana fires and hits her opponent, VIII, the wired remote that controls her bracelet sparks is visible in VIII's right hand.

Visible crew/equipment: After Hank Dale tells Steve Pinkus that he wants to know "How it feels to get away with murder," Hank throws a punch, and in the next wide shot we can see the second cameraman's arms holding an additional camera, presumably to film the close-up, at the right side of the screen. Continuity mistake: While Alan's sitting on the couch, Evelyn's talking to Alan "helping...through a very difficult time," and in the shots facing Alan all of the books on the table behind him, and also the books on the couch's side table keep changing - not just their position, all the books actually become different books. Additionally, in the shots facing Charlie, the books beside the chair and the books/CDs/DVDs on the bookcase change as well.

Additionally, later when Chrissy confronts Charlie she's wearing one earring in her right ear, but after she shoots him that one earring is in her left ear. (00:18:45)

Continuity mistake: When Wonder Woman arrives at the warehouse where Steigler is being held, as she's using her lasso to scale the building the high heels on her boots have vanished, and they're now flats. This switch also occurs in previous shots, as well as at the start when Erica Belgard is disguised as Wonder Woman.

Continuity mistake: After Lois says, "When Meg and Chris turned one I missed everything," it flashes back to Lois writing 'happy birthday Meg' on the cake, and there's wallpaper border at the top of the walls, but when Peter asks her what she's doing in the kitchen the wallpaper border is gone. The paper cups that Lois filled with punch also vanish, and the rolling pin, board, etc. suddenly appear. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: When Roy and John are at the inexperienced cook's apartment the second time, when her fingers are caught in the mixer, she's wearing a blue/white striped dress and a watch on her left wrist, but in the closeup as she reaches for the boiling pot her watch is gone and it's a white sleeve on her arm.

Continuity mistake: When Cy sneaks into the house with the key under the mat, in the bedroom he picks up the triple gold frame with two photos of Matt with Lyla and one photo of young Lyla in the blue dress in the center frame, then he holds it to his face and places it back on the right side of the dresser. However, after Cy hears Lyla coming into the house, when she sees the underwear on the bedroom floor the frame on the right side of the dresser is now a double wood frame with only one of the same photos seen earlier.

How Green Was My Thumb? - S3-E17
Revealing mistake: When Roy brings the man with a laryngeal obstruction into the ER and is taken quickly to treatment 1, his head is tilted back and Early places a laryngoscope into the patient's mouth and says that he sees the obstruction. The problem is that we can see that the laryngoscope is actually at the side of the patient's face. Then, when Early uses the forceps to remove the obstruction, once again we can see that it does not go into the patient's mouth.

Visible crew/equipment: While rescuing the invalid, when Roy climbs out of the second floor window he suffers an electrical shock, and when he falls in the closeup we can see the crash mat that he lands on when part of it flips up from the force of his weight. Also note that all the shrubs below the window have vanished.

Continuity mistake: When 51's guys go down into the tank to try and subdue Al, the big guy who has a chemically induced psychosis, the ring Al was wearing on his left hand in the overhead shots is gone, but when Al shakes Chet upside-down in the closeups the large ring is back, but then it vanishes again.

Other mistake: When the electrocution victim is loaded onto the ambulance, we can see there's a large piece of rectangular material adhered to the ambulance back door, with the name Mayfair printed on it. Then when the ambulance arrives at Rampart, the word Mayfair is now huge on that back door and the "M" is even over the door lock.
