Continuity mistake: After the opening credits, when Joey and Phoebe enter Joey's apartment, note the poster hanging on the wall and some items on top of the fridge, as well as a few of the magnets on the fridge, change, move, vanish, or suddenly appear in the following shots. Examples: the wall poster moves closer to the door; the Chunky B. Wear magnet at the side of the fridge moves to the freezer door; a takeout menu suddenly appears on the fridge door; the red star magnet vanishes; etc. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: While at Dino Stop, Katie convinces her dad not to play it safe and to take a chance to save the world. Rick agrees and extends his left hand for the "all hands, Mitchell family on three." In the closeup we see Katie put in her right hand, but in the wide shot Katie's left hand pulls out. Also, note that in the closeup both Katie's and Aaron's positions between their parents are switched. (00:45:00)

Trivia: One of the fans in the stands is actually Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger, and he is listed in the credits as "fan in the stands" who can be seen in the last few minutes of the film. You can see the real Rudy sitting directly behind the actors playing Rudy's parents, and he's wearing a plaid flat cap and a dark colored coat with a thick light beige fur collar/lapel. About 15 seconds after the game ending tackle, Ned Beatty, the actor playing Rudy's father, turns around and grabs the real Rudy by his coat collar/lapel, then slaps his chest in joyful celebration.

Chapter Seven: The Massacre at Hawkins Lab - S4-E7

Continuity mistake: Eddie is still wearing a denim vest he took off his body and threw at Steve a few seconds earlier. When the camera cuts away and back, the vest is gone again. (00:15:19)

Visible crew/equipment: While Verdie and John-Boy are in front of Godsey's, when the bus drives towards the camera the reflections of crew members, including one wearing a bright red sweatshirt, are visible on the windshield. When Richard returns we can see a blue T-mark taped to the floor behind Rory's side of the sofa. This T-mark is visible again when Richard asks about Rory's speech, because he'd like to be there. Continuity mistake: When Rory visits Jess she has a cast on her left arm from the car accident, but while Rory's on the bus returning from her trip the cast has vanished, then the cast reappears when Lorelai gets home after graduation. (00:33:15)

Continuity mistake: After Peter says goodbye to his family before his flight to Ireland, when it cuts to Stewie spying on Lois while she's doing the dishes, there's a calendar hanging on the wall beside the refrigerator and a paper hanging on the fridge, but when Stewie draws on the wall both the calendar and paper have vanished.

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Phoebe enter the coffee house and talk to Chandler and Ross, the extra sitting at the coffee bar (black shirt, blue jeans) is not wearing a belt, then when they pan again she is, and back she is not. (00:00:12 - 00:00:54)

Visible crew/equipment: After Brody buys the sign supplies, when Hendricks shows up Brody places the box in the front seat, and as Hendricks tells Brody about the Boy Scouts, pay attention to the left window across the street, where we can see one of the local residents holding a camera and looking out the window facing the location shoot, taking pictures of the actors and film crew. The filming took place at the corner of Main St and S. Water St, Edgartown. (00:10:50)

Continuity mistake: After the huge sinkhole appears in front of Bob's Burgers, there are numerous striped safety barriers on the street, and in the following shots the direction of the stripes change to the opposite direction on some of the barriers. (00:11:30)

Visible crew/equipment: While John and Olivia are getting ready to leave for Alexandria, Ike arrives on his motorcycle and grabs the newspaper from the back, and in the next shot just as Ike says hi to everybody, we see the outline of the mic transmitter on Ike's back with its wire leading up to his shoulder.
