Continuity mistake: Cristina walks in during the party with two containers of cupcakes, places them on the side table and walks out. When Alex opens the lid and starts picking at the cupcake toppings, in the shots facing him the top container lid is wide open, but in shots facing Meredith the lid is closed and the cupcakes are untouched. Continuity mistake: When Tintin tosses up the two planks of wood through Captain Haddock's cabin porthole, the rope is wound twice around the wood, but when Tintin reaches the porthole the rope is wound around the wood three times. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: At Strickland Propane, when Kahn hands Hank his propane tank, it is set down on the counter right beside the bell. However, in the shots facing Kahn, the bell is directly in front of him, but the propane tank is nowhere to be seen. Additionally, during this scene note the difference in the ceiling height in relation to the wall boards and the doorway behind Hank. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: When Hank hands Minh the money for Bobby's lessons, he's wearing a watch on his left wrist, but when Kahn storms out of the house Hank's watch has vanished. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: The two women near Peggy, who are sitting on the benches in the stands, are seated on the fourth and fifth levels in the wideshots, but in the close-up they're seated on the third and fourth levels.

Deliberate mistake: When Cindy is talking to the killer on the phone, and he says, "I could be anywhere. I'm like the wind, baby," she walks into the living-room. Notice the wall behind the couch, it is completely different a moment later. When the killer hides behind the curtains, the wall behind the couch has large bay windows with seating underneath. Then when the killer is at her house the second time, all the windows are gone during the Matrix send-up, so Cindy can run along that wall.

Continuity mistake: After the killer throws Cindy at the wall and then breaks the long table, Cindy runs and stands in front of the round side table and lamp, which are right beside the wicker chair. However, when she levitates, that table and lamp are now beside the couch.

Visible crew/equipment: During the Matrix send-up, after Cindy throws the platter at the killer, an actor's T-mark is visible on the floor, when he leans back and flounders about.

Continuity mistake: The number of wood slats on Baby Herman's playpen keeps changing at the start of the film. When his mom says goodbye there are eight slats at the front, and five at the side. When he escapes the playpen there are eight at the side, and when Roger realizes the playpen's empty, there are nine at the side and seven at the front. Additionally, the characteristics of the teddy bear changes, as well as the colors of the balls on the wood slats. (00:00:40)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Brad says, "I really love the skillful way you beat the other girls to the bride's bouquet," as 'Dammit Janet' begins, twice it cuts to a shot of the "church caretakers" standing idly in front of the doors. In these two shots their marks are visible at their feet; there are outlines on the ground around their shoes, which vanish in following shots. (00:07:50)

Revealing mistake: Once the secret door to Moria is open, when Gimli says, "Soon Master Elf, you will enjoy the fabled hospitality of the Dwarves," as Gandalf leads the way inside, note the glint of the trailing power cord as it moves along the ground behind Gandalf and goes directly under his robe. This is the staff's electrical supply cable. (00:16:20)

Continuity mistake: After Inspector Todd is shot, Axel chases after De Wald and fires at the truck. When the guy at the back of the truck is shooting at Axel, we see multiple bullet holes near the truck's back right window, but in his close-ups the bullet holes are gone. The window frame's scratched paint differs as well in the close-ups. We know it's the same window because we also see him in the shot of the truck's interior.

Continuity mistake: After being put on leave, Bogomil leaves the office and is driving towards the camera. His car is being followed, then passed by, the Mercedes Benz driven by Karla Fry. The license plate on the front of Bogomil's car is 2CTE919. When he pulls over to help Karla the license plate on the front of his car has changed to 2CTE673. (00:13:20)
