Continuity mistake: When the Military Police take Lincoln into custody he's handcuffed, then both the left and right handcuffs switch direction while they're around his wrists, note the single and double bars, along with the chain links. Quite impossible. (00:31:40)

Factual error: When Glen and Nancy are talking on the bridge, you can see huge palm trees in the background. Though this was filmed in California (hence visible palm trees at the cemetery), the fictional Springwood is supposed to be in Ohio - they show the location of Springwood on a map at the start of 'Freddy's Dead, the Final Nightmare', and there's no other conflicting in-universe location given within the series. So it's established as Ohio, but there are no palm trees in Ohio. Other California "hints" add to the mistake, such as CA license plates, etc. (00:01:00 - 00:43:22)

Continuity mistake: When John-Boy finishes the roof repair he carries the ladder and places it beside the tree, then he notices the unlocked padlock on the garage door. In the closeup, the open lock is inserted through the latch facing the right, but in the wideshot the lock is inserted through the latch the opposite way. (00:25:25)

Revealing mistake: When Briscoe and Green investigate the auto yard with the stolen, blue SUV, Briscoe handcuffs the owner. When he cuffs him, he turns him, showing his back and his hands behind his back. You can see the actor isn't cuffed, just holding the handcuffs as he walks. (00:06:35)

Revealing mistake: When Nathan walks into the classroom singing, the center sliding glass door on the back bookcase is closed in the initial overhead long shot, but in the tracking shots that door has been pushed to the side, so as not to see the reflection of the camera/crew as Nathan walks up the aisle following the camera. Visible crew/equipment: After Agent Hobbs reads the text that Zack sent to Clayton, Jubal tells ADIC Reynolds they need to evacuate Chapman, and in the next shot facing Reynolds there's an orange T-mark taped to the floor behind him. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: During the animated portions of Shada's missing scenes, in numerous shots an illustrated character's clothing (buttons, scarf, etc) become flipped, sometimes even within the same shot. Example: when The Doctor goes to the physics lab and meets Clare Keightley, note her buttons and The Doctor's scarf.

Continuity mistake: After Skagra demands the book from Professor Chronotis, as Skagra's sphere floats toward Chronotis he's wearing his eyeglasses, but then the Professor's eyeglasses vanish and reappear while his hands are raised.

Revealing mistake: When Tony goes to the bathroom and scans his blood toxicity, the Tony who faces the camera is supposed to be his reflection in the mirror, but the problem is the reflection is not reversed because it's not a mirror image, note Tony's clothing. Also, note how he scanned his right hand's finger, but then in the "mirror" he's sucking on his left hand's pricked finger. (00:28:30)

Deliberate mistake: On Tatooine, after C-3PO tells R2, "No more adventures," he walks off in the opposite direction. When C-3PO reaches the skeletal remains in the sand, and complains that the malfunctioning little twerp tricked him, the closeups of 3PO are flipped shots (also note the position/direction of the skeletal head).
