Continuity mistake: At the hospital, when Agent Harris presents his business card in case Tony changes his mind, Harris holds his card at its bottom so it's up over his hand, but in the next shot facing Tony, Harris holds the card at its top so it's below his hand, and it continues this way in the next shot as Carmela takes it from his hand.

Visible crew/equipment: Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection.

Visible crew/equipment: While Corrado and Mikey are at Mariolina's wake, just as Corrado says, "Where he spills his guts on some shrink's carpet," we can see the yellow tape mark on the carpet where Corrado had been standing.

Visible crew/equipment: After Paulie and Silvio hug AJ and Meadow at the hospital, when Meadow tells them Tony is with Carmela, we can see the boom pole and mic's moving reflection on the glass, at the top of the screen. Then, as AJ tells Meadow that he doesn't believe it was a carjacking, the mic's reflection dips into view again on the glass.

Visible crew/equipment: After Conan retrieves his father's now broken sword, it cuts to Doom's temple. In some versions the first long shot is a side view of the temple, with Doom standing alone on the balcony in front of the hanging tapestry. Then, in the next long shot facing the front of the temple, there's a crew member near Doom who is dressed in black, hunched over, standing beside the tapestry, and this person is wildly gesturing to come on up, just as a high priest walks up the long stairway (before his close-up). Revealing mistake: At the Tower of the Serpent, after Conan and Subotai steal the Eye of the Serpent and also kill Doom's giant pet snake, Conan and Subotai make their escape; and when Valeria grabs the rope for her own escape, we can see the stunt cable used to lift her (I'm providing my own screenshots for my mistake). Visible crew/equipment: While J.J. is in the police station cell with the mean prisoner who had beaten up five guys, J.J. quips, "A hundred prisoners in the jail, and I got to be in a cell with George Foreman." Continuity mistake: After Aeryn uses up D'Argo's Qualta blade on the Scarran who's after John and D'Argo, John grabs a huge icicle and plunges it into Plonek's chest with his right hand, but in the close-up John's using his left hand, then in the next shot the icicle's back in his right hand.

Visible crew/equipment: After Chiana and Jothee lie to Rygel about a pot that exploded which caused the mess, it cuts to the room where Scorpius and his men are holed up while looking at a hologram map of the clinic, and in the first shot facing Grunchlk and Kobrin the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen.
