Visible crew/equipment: When Jack is running beside the bus and breaks the window to get the driver's attention, there's a reflection in the window of the bus of a cameraman (wearing a baseball cap) running alongside the camera. Revealing mistake: When the first bus is blowing up, in the shot of the right side of the bus as it's being engulfed in flames, look closely and you'll see the cable attached to the front of the bus, under its bumper, as it's slowly being pulled by the van in front of it (some DVD or Blu-ray versions may have been edited). Continuity mistake: While Ellie is standing behind the first bus (#204) when it's filling up on gas at the rest stop her suitcase is stolen, and as Peter starts chasing after the thief note all the license plate numbers including "173-909" and "G8271" at the back of the bus. Later, when Ellie and Peter are on the second bus (#217) as it drives into the muddy ditch, in the closeup we see license plate numbers "173-909" and "G8271" (and more) which are the same as the first bus they were on. Continuity mistake: Level 16 "Game Over" cutscene: When Bart grabs the save games and threatens to destroy it, we see the front labeled "Memo: Planet Earth..." and the back is blank, then when Bart holds it up the front is facing forward, but in the next shot the label faces the opposite way, note Bart's thumb.

Continuity mistake: When the bus is about to pull out of the station Ellie places her suitcase on the overhead rack, and in the next exterior shot we see the license plates at the front of the bus, then it cuts to a closeup and one of the plates has changed from "F8274" to "G8278." (00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: After Pongo spots Anita and Perdita walking towards the park, Pongo moves the time forward on the clock and he leaves the dial's hinged bezel open as he rushes to the door and barks, but when Roger checks the time on the clock the bezel is closed. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When the Munchkins come out onto the Yellow Brick Road, one of them comes out of a sewer hatch on the yellow bricks. It's located on the ground in front of the first small white cottage with the thatched roof, right behind Dorothy's house. Throughout this scene, the dark hatch is visible whenever we see that specific location, such as when the Wicked Witch of the West asks, "Who killed my sister? Who killed the Witch of the East? Was it you?" but as Dorothy begins to "follow the yellow brick road", there is an overhead shot followed by a front shot and the dark hatch has disappeared.
