Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford begins the escape with TT lying on the gurney, the police dispatch a squad car to Horizons Crest. In the next shot Dr. Crist and his two goons head down the hallway, and as they pass the room with an open door, we can see a crew member wearing a T-shirt and shorts trying to hide against the wall. Visible crew/equipment: After the SWAT Commander has ordered Muellard's bulldozer off the property TT walks out of his house, and as he's being led to the police car, a boom mic can be seen moving around in front of the corner of the patrol car, at the bottom of the screen. (00:21:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When King Xerxes appoints Haman as his Regent he taps the scepter on Haman's signet ring, then there's a brief shot of Esther running in the rain, and in the next long shot we can see a crouching crew member, who's wearing a watch, at the lower, left side of the screen. This person is a bit visible in an earlier shot from the same angle. (01:41:05)

Visible crew/equipment: After Haman lies to Esther about the two eunuchs, Esther and Hegai walk away leaving Admantha standing alone, and in the last shot from behind Admantha, there are two white T-marks visible on the ground near his feet, at the bottom of the screen. (01:04:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Luka and Mark are questioning Amira about the knife Sobriki had used, Kerry walks in then tells Amira to go upstairs to get security to open the personnel office, and the green T-mark taped to the floor is visible near Luka's feet. (00:16:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When the severed head in Nora's suitcase has vanished, she shouts for everyone to get out and leave her alone. In the hallway when they disperse, as Loren and then Trent walk past Lance, something that shouldn't be there (it looks like fingers perhaps) pops up into view at the bottom, left corner of the screen. Cannell" appear onscreen, in the next shot the reflections of the camera operator and camera are visible on the glass door of Reidy's office. Continuity mistake: When Burt is hiding in the bulldozer scoop, Grady looks down at him from the top of the oil tank and we see that Burt has his knife in his hand. However, in the next shot, we see him pull the knife out of its sheath on his leg.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Shriekers are trying to find Burt in the front loader (tractor with bucket) with their tongues, as the camera pans it catches the arm of a puppeteer controlling the tongue, in front of the front loader. (01:18:00)

Continuity mistake: During Esther's banquet when she is pleading her petition, Xerxes has a dagger tucked into the front of his golden belt, but while Esther is holding the necklace in her hand, in two shots facing Xerxes the dagger is gone, and then it returns. (01:49:50)

Revealing mistake: After the scene with the apothecary where the two eunuchs purchased the belladonna it then cuts to Esther, and in her closeup as she lifts the silver cup to drink, there's a small white modern sticker on the underside of the cup. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When young Robbie stands at the doorway of the trauma room with his father's body, the green door to the back supply cabinet is wide open and the floor is relatively clean, but when Robbie stands beside his father there are changes such as that cabinet door is closed, and the floor is littered with used latex gloves, etc. Then the cabinet door is wide open again when Carol and Luka walk in. Continuity mistake: Frederick picks up a bottle of champagne out of the ice bucket and shakes it a little. As he does this the foil and wire are still on top. He turns and aims the bottle at his wife, then tips it back and the foil has vanished as he now just removes the wire and cork.

Continuity mistake: When Luke offers Lorelai coffee, Luke grabs two paper hot cups, but the camera angle shifts and he is holding only one cup, then the angle shifts again and he is back to having two cups while he proceeds to pour the coffee. (00:38:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. Visible crew/equipment: When Jim-Bob is in his car trying to get it going, in the last shot as he successfully drives away from The House, the reflector screen is visible at the left side of the screen, and the shadow of a crew member with filming equipment is also seen at the bottom, left side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When Jason and Verdie go back to the Unwin estate and this time are accompanied by Zeb, they are told that Miss Unwin is at the greenhouse, then just as Jason drives on ahead a few of the crew's modern-day trailers are visible at both the left side and the right side of the screen.
