Revealing mistake: While Riddler is with the unconscious guests at the Moldavian exhibit, in the basement of the Moldavian Pavilion the Mole Hill gang blow up the ceiling to create an entry to the exhibit, on the floor above. They lean two tall ladders at the side of the hole and climb up. When Riddler makes for an escape Batman follows him down below, and now we can see long metal brackets bolting the ladders to the floor for safety. (00:20:20 - 00:22:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When the museum closes early and Joker calls to each of his cohorts, their individual chalk T-marks are visible on the floor where they all stand. (00:12:40)

Visible crew/equipment: While Batman uses his metal claw to hang from the wall, he reverses his communicator's polarity and increases the audio modulation. It then cuts to the tiger, and at the start of this shot we can see the animal trainer's red gloved hand, at the bottom left corner of the screen. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: After Elizabeth tells her mother that nobody cares about her, while she sulks on the porch there's a wideshot of the girls playing catch with Holly, then as the camera is dollying out Holly's mother comes into view at the left and she's wearing a sweater, but in the next closeup the sweater has vanished. Visible crew/equipment: When John drives off with Olivia and Esther while everyone shouts their goodbyes, just as we hear, "Have fun!" a director's chair is visible at the right side of the screen. (00:11:50)

Visible crew/equipment: While Diel is out in the field investigating the body in the car trunk he makes the connection between Brice and Sandstrom. When he walks over to his car to speak to Sherman on the radio, the reflection of the moving boom pole/mic is visible on the car's windows. (00:35:50)

Visible crew/equipment: After Beth gets Rockford out of jail she tells him to behave, and to go home and read a book, then when Beth walks away the reflection of the boom pole and mic becomes visible on the pickup's windshield. (00:16:30)

Revealing mistake: When Nix tells Miles, "Just kill Riktor for me," Nix rushes out shooting at everyone, and in some of the following shots the actress has chroma key fabric wrapped around the two "missing" fingers which Dane severed earlier. The chroma key fabric was used for effects editing, but those shots were missed in post production. After Nix has opened her trench coat, those fingers are "missing" properly. (01:21:10)

Continuity mistake: When Pierce's wife is walking in her auto shop they pan down to show her red Louboutin heels, then they cut to her walking in her office, and when they show her shoes again they have a tan sole.

Visible crew/equipment: When Rameses is on his chariot ready to pursue the slaves, he shouts, "Forward!" In the next shot, there are visible wide tire tread marks on the ground from the camera vehicle, alongside the chariot wood wheel marks. (03:15:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Moses is brought in chains to Pharaoh's throne dais, standing behind Sethi and Nefritiri are two fan-bearers, one at the left and one at the right. In the two medium close shots of Sethi and Nefritiri, when Sethi tells Moses, "Speak, my son," the two actors' curved white marks are visible on the floor, at the right feet of both fan-bearers. Continuity mistake: When Moses returns from Ethiopia amidst great fanfare, he's wearing two golden wings crisscrossed across his chest. At first they are crisscrossed with his left wing over his right, but when Moses kneels in front of Sethi, the wings are crisscrossed the opposite way, with his right wing over the left. These golden wings continue to switch positions repeatedly in the following shots. (00:21:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When the High Priest tells Pharaoh about the astrologers seeing a star enter into the House of Egypt, the actor's white tape mark is visible on the floor, at his feet. (00:09:50)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the Exodus, the Narrator states, "After the stifling night of terror, came a day such as the world had," and just as the Narrator continues to say, "never seen," a crew member wearing a white short-sleeved shirt and dark pants is visible walking in the background, at the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: While McClane and Farrell are in FBI Police car 279, the windshield's rearview mirror repeatedly vanishes and reappears. (00:38:25)

Deliberate mistake: While McClane drives in the tunnel, Gabriel orders, "Open the gates on the north side entrance." A few shots later the signal light changes from red to green and the north gate opens. The "warning" sign is backwards in this flipped shot. Then, when Gabriel opens the gates at the south entrance, there's a proper shot of the "south" gate opening. The two shots of the "north" and "south" gates opening are the same, but one is reversed. All the dirty smudges on the signs, booths, etc, are identical. (00:41:20 - 00:42:05)
