Chapter Two: Vecna's Curse - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: When El advances on Angela and her friends at the skating rink and wallops Angela in the face with the skate, her aim is upwards at Angela's nose for the impact. When Angela's friends sit her up in the following shot, the upper bridge of her nose between her eyes is cracked and bleeding as she screams in agony.

Other mistake: When Cloud Dancing and Daniel walk a wounded Sully to a clearing, we see a road with what looks like flattened black tents on either side, and Cloud Dancing tells them the Army must have attacked it; that's what is left of a reservation. When it's a modern transport road for everyday access, very poorly disguised as a reservation camp.

Chapter One: The Hellfire Club - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: Tammy Thompson's voice changes octaves as she sings the National Anthem. At the start, she's in a normal mezzo range. When the camera cuts from her to the back-and-forth dialogue between Steve, Robin, and Vickie, her voice then changes downscale to a very noticeable alto.

Other mistake: When Lucy responds to the money matter about her hair care, she states, "I can be a thin redhead or a fat brunette," when her real-life natural hair colour was blonde (later dyed to enhance her film career).
Suggested correction: Lucille Ball was naturally blonde. Lucy Ricardo was a brunette. This is, at best, trivia.

Factual error: When Mike is talking with Colleen about women 'Having It All' while raising children, she mentions Dorothy raising four children while running a ranch, when Dorothy mentioned in earlier episodes that she has two daughters and one son (Tommy, who appeared in a prior episode).

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack goes out to the main room half clothed to answer the door, the tip of the boom drops several times on the way out, and when he 'stumbles' backward. Then, when he and Vicki are seated while having dinner with her father, you can hear cabinet doors opening and closing from somewhere on set, and a bit of equipment moving around behind Vicki.

Audio problem: When (Mona) Lisa goes storming out of the cafe, from Vinnie's sarcastic outburst over the photos, a hum scraping is heard from the wheel track the camera is on, as it closes on Vinnie, followed by a very faint audible 'All right' from the camera guy or director.

Visible crew/equipment: The tip of the boom is visible every couple of seconds as Daniel shares a 'Sully story' during lunch at Grace's Cafe. (00:13:35)

She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not - S8-E2
Visible crew/equipment: When Larry hops out of the canoe over the magazine panic, saying, "I gotta see Jack," the boom is quite visible at the left as the camera pulls back.

Character mistake: Jack hands his pants off to Terrie at the opening to fix a tear, acting like he's never done it before when he was a cook in the Navy and should know how to do that himself as a very basic skill.

Character mistake: Or continuity: When Ricky enters the Mertz's apartment, waking everyone up, little Ricky starts crying in the crib, and Ricky moves closer and accidentally says, 'Why is she awake?' instead of 'he,' as his own baby daughter Lucie was almost 2 at the time.
Suggested correction: The issue was due to his accent; several times during the course of the show, when Rickey said "he," it sounded like "she."

Revealing mistake: The scenery 'lines' are quite visible on the backdrop as Ricky practices his swing, with Fred indicating this was shot in-studio.

Stupidity: After Walks on Cloud releases Dr Mike, she runs off and hides in a wild thicket as the Dog Soldiers and One Eye look around the area for her. A pair of buckskin are then seen scoping the area, then walking off as Dr Mike leaves her hiding spot and gets 'surprised' by One Eye, who knocks her out. She should have known better and stayed put until sunrise, as Sully taught her when it came to the Cheyenne war parties.

Character mistake: After Ethel chooses the ladies who'll play instruments for their own orchestra, Fred enters the Ricardo apartment with muffs over his ears as off-key plucky piano is heard in the background, indicating Ethel is playing very badly, when in all prior episodes she played fluently for any of their show warm-up numbers.

Character mistake: As Preston is calling Sully on the sheriff situation, Loren enters, brandishing a new rifle to Preston, almost right over the baby's carriage. No way in tomorrow would Dr Mike or Sully have allowed this to happen, but have aimed the firearm in another direction, or at least Sully move in front, away from the baby's carriage.

Lucy Has Her Eyes Examined - S3-E10
Other mistake: When the eye doctor has Lucy repeat the same letters on the eye chart that she claims Ricky got all wrong, she repeats the same letters out loud, then moves closer to the eye chart and repeats the same letters out loud, then pauses in error when she read them all off correctly: P E C F D.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cuban Pete and the police crowd start doing the boom-chickie line move, the boom is moving around in the very top of the screen.

Factual error: While dining out, Ricky proceeds to shave with his electric razor plugged in on the floor by the table. Purely a studio convenience, not reality; strictly for laughs.

Other mistake: When Lucy tosses the umbrella off the balcony during the Mexican serenade, Ricky somehow doesn't appear to hear it hitting the floor during the pause and keeps on singing. (00:23:30)
