Other mistake: After the two doctors and the sheriff pull up in the parking lot and then enter the hospital, Michael suddenly appears to Laurie, and she runs from him across the lot toward the same entrance, and suddenly the doors are locked. There is no way this would be, as the doctors and the sheriff would have had to stop and unlock the entrance before entering themselves, which they did not do.

Halloween II (1981)
Other mistake: Jimmy the paramedic walks into the major surgery room to find Ms. Alves dead on the stretcher, the blood drained from her body. As he turns to leave he suddenly 'slips' on the pool of blood, falling back first and knocking himself unconscious. However the next shot reveals that the blood pool extends out to the doorway, so there's no way he could have crossed to the stretcher without slipping in the first place while entering the room.

The Return of Bigfoot: Part 2 - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: Bigfoot's face should be covered in hair, like the legendary Sasquatch, but is instead poorly covered in patches of black, with streaks around his eyes, the tip of his nose, and his lower cheek, And no paint on his white lips. And his eyes should have been camouflaged with black lenses. (00:17:45)

Other mistake: Due to her bionics, Jamie has the ability to leap up 1 or 2 stories of a building or balcony. However, in the episode with the spacesuit, near the end, the astronaut has launched about 40-50 feet in the air, which is roughly 4-5 stories, but Jamie is somehow able to leap up high enough to grab onto the cable and deactivate his suit. The Bionic Woman (1976)
Revealing mistake: When the senator and his wife are trapped under the rubble, she is holding a burning candle, it looks like there are flames coming from her thumb. An obvious reflection off either the camera lens or that the candle is safely inside a glass tube so that she doesn't burn her hand.

Revealing mistake: Jamie prepares to split a giant heavy log in two, with her bionic arm, so that it will fit into her fireplace. Just as her arm comes down, you can see the middle seam where the log was pre-cut for the shot, so that it easily breaks in two. (00:00:30)

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Trivia: Originally Victor Fleming and Mervyn Leroy (directors) wanted 11-year old Shirley Temple as Dorothy, but she could not perform the key solo 'Over the Rainbow' to their satisfaction in spite multiple rehearsals and takes. So the part was offered to Judy whom Fleming and George Cukor (director) knew could carry the song, in spite that she was too old at 16 to play the part. So she had to be heavily padded to hide her bosom and girlish waistline so that she would look undeveloped, despite that the final results did not completely camouflage her appearance.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Trivia: Billie Burke, who played Glinda the Good Witch, initially auditioned for Aunt Pittypat Hamilton in Gone With the Wind over at 20th Century Fox Studios. But she was deemed too youthful-looking and pretty for that middle-aged role (despite being 54), which went to Laura Hope Crews, so Fox producers sent her over to MGM to audition for The Wizard of Oz.
