Visible crew/equipment: After Willie spits in Indy's face it cuts to Short Round running through the mine, and just as Shorty turns his head toward the camera behind him, we can catch a glimpse of something blue which does not belong in this dark dreary environment, at the right side of the screen. There is a tall spotlight and two crew members, one is wearing a solid blue shirt and a cap, and the other a blue/white striped shirt with white pants. (01:21:25)

The One With The Metaphorical Tunnel - S3-E4
Revealing mistake: While Chandler and Janice are in D'Agostino's, some grocery products have their names partially covered, such as Uncle Ben's and Grape Nuts.
Suggested correction: I've seen a few of these listed as errors, but they're not. A lot of shows do this often if you pay attention. It's called "product displacement", and it is done to avoid being sued or having to pay licensing fees. Also, it is cheaper to alter logos like this than pixelate/blur them out. What is interesting though, is that one of the grape nut boxes in this picture does not have an altered logo.
Yes, it's product displacement, and this is specifically referred to as the "greeking" process. However, your correction only offers an excuse as to why this occurs. The tape or paint partially or fully covering the brand names or logos are a distraction, and it removes viewers from the fake reality of the show or movie. Originally, these types of submissions were to be listed in trivia, but instead they were placed in the mistake section.

Factual error: When Hooper sees the hole in the hull of Ben Gardner's boat, he uses his knife to pry out the shark tooth. The tooth is located at the bottom of the hole, with its flat root side stuck inside the wood and its pointy side facing up. It is completely impossible for the shark's tooth to become wedged in the wood this way, while he takes a nice bite out of the wood hull. (00:49:15)
Suggested correction: When Hooper uses the knife to pry to tooth out, it took very little effort, suggesting that the tooth wasn't wedged into that spot, but merely just resting in that spot.
The shark tooth was inserted into the wood by the prop crew with its flat root side down, which would have been impossible to have occurred during the attack on the hull. As to the statement that the tooth was "merely just resting in that spot" then Hooper would not have needed to use the blade to remove it from the wood, plus the fact that since it was underwater it would have floated away during the hours after the attack. But it did not float away, so it must have been at the very least snugly fit into the wood hull. Still impossible.

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the scene in which the locksmith arrives home, he is driving a right-hand drive van. In the next shot however, the locksmith is suddenly driving a left-hand drive before coming to a halt. (01:21:20)
Correction: Watch this again, the shot is not flipped. You are seeing the van turn the corner within the reflection of the sideview mirror - note the backwards stop sign and backwards writing on the side of the van.

Corrected entry: At the beginning of this film, Paddington is shown living with two adult bears. The Explorer gives them their names, and introduces them to marmalade sandwiches. In Paddington 2, the bears are shown on a bridge, eating marmalade sandwiches and referring to each other by name before they see the little bear on the log, who is young Paddington.
Correction: At the start of the first "Paddington" movie, during the black-and-white film footage of the "The Explorer" Montgomery Clyde, the only bears Clyde meets are the two adult bears, whom he teaches to speak English and names Pastuzo and Lucy. Clyde's film footage ends as he says farewell to the two adult bears and tosses his hat to Pastuzo. Then it cuts to "many years later" and we see Paddington (he is not yet named Paddington at this point in time) already living comfortably with Uncle Pastuzo and Aunt Lucy, making their homemade marmalade. It's at the start of the sequel "Paddington 2" we are shown how Pastuzo and Lucy, who are fluent in English, originally found the tiny bear cub at the bridge, and adopted him. There is no mistake.

Merry Christmas Mr. Bean - S1-E10
Corrected entry: Mr Bean gives the collection tin back to the salvation army band leader when it is full - there is a girl with long ginger hair standing to the left behind Mr Bean wearing a black coat. The band leader asks Mr Bean to hold the baton while he puts the collection tin in his car - the ginger haired girl is now wearing a red coat and holding a bouquet of flowers, but when the band leader returns, the girl is back to wearing the black coat and her flowers have disappeared.
Correction: Please rewatch the scene, because they are not the same person. During this scene we see three young women with ginger-blonde hair. The first has very long hair and she's wearing a black coat, standing behind the band leader in front of the fruit stand. The second has hair just past her shoulders and she's also wearing a black coat, holding a basket of flowers, but she's standing behind the band, opposite the band leader. The third has short hair, wearing a short red coat, holding flowers, also standing near the fruit stand. This is available to watch on Amazon Prime Video.
Correction: The girl is wearing a black coat throughout all the scenes.
The mistake is valid and I think the corrector is looking at the wrong girl. Although it's hard to tell if the girl in red is the same as the girl in black, but either way the girl in the mistake either disappears and reappears or does go from red to black.

Corrected entry: There's no way anyone could cut off their hand with a knife the way Wormtail did. The only way they could do it is if they slowly sawed it off. Even if he raised the knife and swung it hard, there's no way it would work, the bone is way too strong. But Wormtail didn't even do that, he just placed the knife on his hand and moved it down. You couldn't even cut hair like that.
Correction: Wormtail is not just "anyone" though. He understood the importance of each of the ritual's steps and getting the potion done just right. He is following Voldemort's orders and instructions. Wormtail's dagger may have been magical, or a charm could have been placed on its finely edged blade to be swift in its tasks. Also, Wormtail was in a highly charged state of mind, which only intensified the force he used to "willingly" sacrifice his hand.
Correction: He didn't cut through bone, he cut his wrist and the knife moved past the bones. If the force is strong enough and the knife sharp enough it's definitely possible to do this.

I Love Lucci: Part One - S2-E6
Corrected entry: In the episode I love Lucci, the girls to go LA and Victoria is shooting a scene in All my Children, which was filmed in New York.
Correction: AMC taped in Manhattan since its inception until late 2009, then the AMC production was moved to LA. This Hot in Cleveland episode, which aired February 2011, is correct.

Corrected entry: Both Klinger and Radar are far too old for their rank.
Correction: Though the TV show M*A*S*H was on the air for 11 years, the real Korean War lasted 3 years. Radar is a corporal and states in season 2 "As You Were" that his age is 19. We don't know Corporal Klinger's age, but Max is promoted to sergeant in season 10, which in "real" time would be somewhere between the end of the second year and the third year of the real war.

Correction: A few movie anachronisms are already listed individually for the episodes, which include "McLintock!" and "The Ten Commandments." Also already listed are variations of "Godzilla" movies. If you watch an episode with an unlisted anachronistic film, submit it for that episode.

Corrected entry: Barney is only a deputy but I'm sure makes a decent wage, however he lives like a poor college student, I'm sure rent can't be that expensive in a small town like Mayberry.
Correction: How much Barney makes is never discussed, so this is purely speculation.
Andy's salary isn't mentioned either but he lives a descent middle class life. Barney has to make something, but he doesn't spend it on a family or hobbies, he doesn't travel, doesn't own a car, but lives just one step above a homeless person.
This is not a plot hole. And I don't think Barney "lives just one step above a homeless person" whatsoever. We don't know Barney's salary, but he seemingly chooses to live a frugal lifestyle. We know Barney's expenses include rent, food (he eats out all the time), dates with girlfriends, etc. We see in S1 "Runaway Kid" Barney owns a car which has its own expenses. In S2 "The Clubmen" Barney says he sends his mom money every month. In S3 "Barney's First Car" (it was actually his second car on the show) Barney withdrew $300 from his bank account to buy a car, so we know he's been saving money, and we learn that some time in the past he had purchased a septic tank, which was expensive, for his parents' anniversary present.
Something else to consider, Don Knotts was born in 1924. Assuming Barney is supposed to be the same age, that means he grew up during the Great Depression. Many people from that generation tend to be very frugal.
Truthfully Law Officers are disgracefully underpaid but believe they used this fact to create Barney as a penny pincher. Barney is an excellent tightwad. He advises Thelma Lou to order "The Special" at the diner on a date. And collects from her when he picks an item up from the market for their supper. When it came to someone in need... remember how money came flying off his person to raise money to save the Lester Scobey house from foreclosure? It's only make believe.
Barney paid $5/week to Mrs. Mendelbright to stay at her boardinghouse - So $20/month. Barney would definitely be considered middle class. My Dad was a Deputy Sheriff during the early 60s to the mid 70s. To his recollection, his pay was roughly: Junior Deputy: $275/month. Senior Deputy: $325/month. Chief Deputy: $425/month. Dad said the Sheriff earned $600/month. Everyone earned an additional $125/month car allowance and an additional $1000/year for travel, uniforms and other incidentals.

Jobyna Ralston, sitting next to him, grabs the manuscript and holds it in front of her. She is wearing gloves but in the close-up of the manuscript in her hands, her hands are bare. (00:24:00)
Correction: Please rewatch the scene. In the closeup of Mary holding the wrapped manuscript she is indeed wearing gloves. Note the wrinkled material and the seams, as well as her covered thumbnails.
I froze that scene and carefully studied it and it appeared that Ralston's hands were bare. Her thumbnails were visible. I shall look at it again. In addition, the background of that close-up is completely blank. Ralston's clothing and the interior of the train are nowhere to be seen.
I took a screenshot of the closeup which shows the gloves, but can't share it. I agree about the background problem in this closeup, there's nothing behind the manuscript being held up. The same thing happens in all the closeups of the manuscript when it's being held, because it was shot against a solid blank background. Submit this, since it's a valid mistake.

Corrected entry: In the Hall of Prophecy, when Neville spots Harry's glass orb and says, "It has your name on it," he is looking up at the fourth shelf, above his head. In the next shot of Harry he is looking up as well, but in his next close-up, the orb is now on the third shelf, and Harry (who is more than half a foot shorter than Neville) is actually face-to-face with it, before he ever touches it. Correction: I'm correcting my own mistake, because I believe there's a logical reason why this may not be an actual mistake: We see all the shelves are attached to mechanisms (note the closeup of unit 94) which presumably move vertically to lower or raise the shelves, and we also see the openings in the floor under the shelving units. When Harry walks over to the shelving unit with his prophesy orb it could have sensed Harry's presence, and during the shot facing the other members of D.A, while offscreen, that shelving unit has enough time to quite literally, magically, lower itself into the opening in the floor. Then, as the next shot faces Harry he's now face-to-face with the orb, even before touching it. This fits with the knowledge that "Prophecies can only be retrieved by those about whom they are made." Harry's prophesy orb hasn't really changed shelves, it's that the entire unit has lowered itself so the orb is now at eye level with Harry. It should be noted the film's Hall of Prophecy is a CG environment.

Correction: You are seeing teenagers picking up and tossing toilet paper while TP-ing the house, none of them are crew members.

Corrected entry: Bronson Perry (Hugh Jackman) is giving Eddie a pep talk just before he takes on the 90M jump and Eddie says, "Hugh, it's gonna be all right." (01:36:00)
Correction: The character's name is Bronson Peary, not Perry. Eddie doesn't say, "Hugh" he says, "Peary, it's gonna be all right." There are other instances we hear Eddie say the name "Peary" such as when Bronson is about to leave Eddie's hospital room, earlier in the film.

Corrected entry: Before Eddie walks out for his 90m jump, Bronson hands him his helmet on which he has just finished inscribing "eagle" in gold permanent marker. When they walk out out of the tunnel to the competition area, Eddie is holding his helmet, and "eagle" has disappeared. (01:22:00 - 01:24:00)
Correction: Look again, it's there. When they walk out of the tunnel Eddie's goggles are around the helmet, and we do indeed see the word "eagle" through the tinted lenses of the goggles.

Corrected entry: Perdy has a blue collar and Pongo has a red collar. When Roger and Anita fall into the pond, Pongo is pulled in with them, Perdy does not fall in, she is holding on to Anita's torn dress. In the later scene Perdy gets out of the pond and shakes herself off, Pongo is standing there as if he never fell in. (00:09:35)
Correction: It isn't necessary to be shown everything onscreen. Yes, Pongo is in the pond just as Roger takes Anita's hat from Pongo. Then, while we see Roger placing the soaked hat on Anita's head onscreen, it's at this moment offscreen we can safely presume Pongo is walking out of the pond just as Perdita is walking into it to fetch Anita's shoe. So in the next shot onscreen we're shown Pongo is already out as Perdy is now walking out with Anita's shoe in her mouth with a "Hmph!" attitude, punctuated by her shaking the water off her body.
Suggested correction: This takes place in milliseconds and there's no way to see it unless you pause the image or play it in slo-mo. It should be under trivia.

Right now I have it playing on Netflix, and there is no slow motion. The striped blue shirt is noticeable as it plays without any slo-mo. If something catches my eye onscreen, it is fair game to go back and rewatch what was noticed in the first place. And in order for me to confirm what I find, I do pause, and may take screenshots. By the way, I've seen this movie countless times over the years, and it was just a matter of catching that glimpse of the color blue because it popped out against the dreary surroundings. I'll leave it up to Jon whether to move it to trivia or not.
