The One With The Invitation - S4-E21
Corrected entry: Phoebe shows Ross' invitation to everyone, stating "Ross let Ben address mine." The envelope has poor kid like handwriting. The address is a 4 line address and the invitation also has stamps on it. When the camera comes back to Phoebe, she's holding an envelope with just her name on it, with no stamps. When she puts down the envelope by her side, the 4 line address is back. (00:11:30)

Corrected entry: Emily, Ross and Monica walk past a black door, the shot changes to in front of them and back. When it goes back, the door is now a cream colour. (00:05:20)
Correction: None of the doors they pass are "cream colour" - every door they pass is black. It's all the window and door trim that are cream.

The One Where Chandler Crosses The Line - S4-E7
Corrected entry: Towards the end of the episode, when Chandler comes into the apartment to talk to Joey about his kiss with Kathy, Joey turns the TV off and places the remote on the counter. However, the TV is suddenly back on after Joey asks, "Is that why you bought all this stuff?" (referring to the furniture), and then Joey turns it off again manually. (00:17:10)
Correction: When Joey uses the remote he only mutes the TV's sound, and in the widescreen version we can see that "Wonder Woman" is still playing on the TV, then later Joey turns off the TV manually.

The One With Rachel's Book - S7-E2
Corrected entry: When Joey goes into Rachel's room, the yellow couch has a Space Man Marvin on it with a body. In some other episodes, it's just a pillow head.
Correction: So Joey has two of "Marvin the Martian" - one is full body and one is the big head. The fact that in some episodes it's the full body lying on the couch and in some episodes it's the head, doesn't make a mistake, however, if they were to switch between shots during a scene in an episode, that would be a continuity mistake.

The One With The Ring - S6-E23
Corrected entry: When Chandler and Phoebe go to the jewelry store Phoebe's hair has two braids on each side that are being held together by what appears to be a hair pin, later on the scene where Phoebe is trying on a tiara she only has one braid on each side and no hair pins.
Correction: First, when Chandler's in the store Phoebe doesn't have two braids on the left side of her head - it's only one braid decorated with small colorful rhinestones, but she does have the two single braids on her right side, held together with a small silver hair clip. Second, while Chandler's gone Phoebe's been having fun trying on the store's jewelry - note all the necklaces, brooches, etc., and we see that one of those single braids has come loose so there's just one braid on that side now. But because it's been quite a while since Chandler had left the store, there's really no continuity issue.

The One Where Everybody Finds Out - S5-E14
Corrected entry: When Phoebe and Chandler are about to kiss there is a bottle of wine and two glasses on the counter. It then cuts to a view of Phoebe with no bottle or glasses on the counter, just a phone, and then later in the same scene it cuts back to Phoebe again and there are two glasses and a bottle of wine again. (00:19:25)
Correction: The wine bottle and two glasses are on the counter between the phone and the end of the counter, and the reason we don't see the wine bottle/glasses is because Phoebe's blocking that area of the counter, so we can only see the phone. In every shot where that specific area of the counter is actually visible, the wine bottle and glasses are there.

The One Where Everybody Finds Out - S5-E14
Corrected entry: When Monica and Chandler are arguing about Phoebe, she has a bottle of water in her right hand, but in the next shot the bottle is in her left hand. (00:15:00)
Correction: The change of hands doesn't actually happen in the "next shot." We see the water bottle in Monica's right hand, but when the next shot faces Chandler as he comments about his "pinchable butt and bulging biceps," we don't see Monica's arms/hands, and then it's in the last shot of Monica and Chandler that the water bottle's in Monica's left hand.

Corrected entry: At the very end when Joey breaks down the door, what looks like a stage curtain blows into the shot. (00:20:55)
Correction: That's not a curtain on the soundstage, it's actually the tablecloth on the side table - it's white with green pattern and trim. It's also visible earlier in the episode.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Sophie meets her friends at the beginning Ali is wearing a backpack. When Sophie shows her mother's diary, Ali's backpack is gone for a few minutes and then reappears as they are shown running up the hill to the hotel.
Correction: The backpack is never gone. After the girls' reunion at the dock, when it cuts to the very next shot we see Ali put her small backpack down on the ground behind Sophie (who's sitting), before Sophie takes out her mother's diary from her handbag. We also see the backpack lying on the ground near Ali when Sophie sings the words, "Honey honey, nearly kills me, uh-huh, honey honey."

Corrected entry: When Rachel gets her Chinese food, she says she is going to get her sweats and eat it in her room. However a few seconds later, she is changed. It has to be the fastest change in history. (00:13:00)
Correction: After Rachel gets her Chinese takeout delivery, when she heads to her room it's actually 20 seconds from the time she walks past the hallway to the time she reappears from the hallway. That's ample time to throw off shoes, a blouse and pants, then pull on sweats. Done in less time in dorms everywhere.

Corrected entry: At the end of the film, they are in the helicopter and in the air, you see a shot of inside the helicopter. Outside the opposite window is land, then when the shot changes to view the large birds, they are flying above water. Inside is always land, outside is always water. Then when the camera pans out to view the helicopter fly away, it is above the ocean with no land in sight.
Correction: When they're all in the chopper at the end, the pilot's flying parallel to the island's coastline, with the island to one side and water at the other side. In the interior shots from the passenger cabin, whenever the camera faces the starboard window (behind the chopper pilot) the island vegetation is seen, and when Ellie and Alan look out the port side window we see the water. Then the last exterior shot is of the chopper as it flies out to the open waters, with the island already behind them. Nothing inconsistent about any of these shots.

The One Where Ross Moves In - S5-E7
Corrected entry: In the first shot of the scene when Ross comes out of the bathroom, the bathtub has no shower curtain. In the next shot, there is one. (00:05:45)
Correction: The shower curtain is there in all shots. The first two shots where we can see the bathroom are from the angle near Joey's bedroom door (off set), and from that angle we actually do see the vertical edge of the grey shower curtain - between the bathtub and toilet, then we next see the bathroom from the angle near the foosball table so we're able to see much more of the shower curtain.

Corrected entry: When Finn and Rey climb the ladder and find Han and Kylo Ren on the bridge, Finn is wearing Poe's jacket (he is seen as if he had just put it on). But in the previous sequence, they started to climb the ladder with Rey wearing the jacket.
Correction: After their mission to disconnect wires and such in the other building, yes, we see Rey and Finn begin climbing the outside ladder while Rey's temporarily wearing Poe's jacket, however, quite a bit of time passes and there are more than a dozen shots of Han, Kylo Ren, and Chewie before we even see Finn and Rey again, appearing from the doorway while Finn's adjusting Poe's jacket that he has just put back on - Rey took it off and Finn put it back during offscreen time.

Corrected entry: While at Maz's castle, Finn's blaster suddenly goes missing. He had it when Maz gives him the lightsaber, but once he comes out of the castle it is gone. He even tells Maz that he needs a weapon. She reminds him about the saber. He has the blaster when he gets to the Resistance base.
Correction: There's really nothing sudden about it. Finn has the blaster while in the castle's basement with Han and Chewie, when Maz hands him the lightsaber, but then the First Order's attack rocks Maz's castle. After this we have no idea what transpires while they're all inside the castle, and quite a bit of time passes until we see Han, Chewie, Finn, and Maz climb out of the castle rubble, which is when Finn no longer has that weapon. And Finn does not have a blaster with him as he exits the Falcon, when they get to the Resistance base.
We do know what transpires when they're in the castle. According to deleted scenes and the novelization, Stormtroopers capture them and force Finn to drop his gun. Then Han begins to insult Snoke and the First Order (revealing he noticed Finn was wearing Stormtrooper boots and that's how he knew he was lying about who he was) and Maz uses the Force to collapse the corridor on the troopers, allowing them to escape. But Finn left the blaster behind.

Corrected entry: When Jamie Lannister, Brienne of Tarth and Lord Bolton are at the dining table discussing the fate of Jamie and Brienne, Lord Bolton suggests King Robert is keeping Jamie's father busy. However, at the time of this event King Robert is long dead, and Joffrey is the new king. (00:32:30)
Correction: Actually, Roose Bolton says, "King Robb is keeping your father quite busy," meaning Robb Stark the King of the North, not King Robert Baratheon, who has already died.

Corrected entry: When she comes down the steps in BJ's dream, the backdrop behind where she's standing at the top of the stairs is white. When BJ goes back to work, the OR doors open, and the top of the stairs is now black.
Correction: What you're noting is BJ's dream (more a nightmare) with his wife Peg. She first appears at the top of a phantom stairway with a white backdrop, at the OR's outer doors - where stairs don't actually exist. When Peg leaves she walks up the phantom stairway with a black backdrop, which has moved and changed direction, and is now at the OR's inner doors - where stairs don't really exist either. During the dream BJ's dressed in a white tuxedo and they're dancing through the OR - where dancing never occurs. When Potter hands BJ the scalpel, BJ performs surgery in his tuxedo - which would never happen. This is a dream sequence involving a non-existent stairway with a non-existent backdrop, and formal attire and dancing in the OR. The significance of a stairway becomes clear in 9x14 "Oh, How We Danced" when BJ reveals to Hawkeye his dream of an evening with Peg. And even within this episode's dream we can infer that to BJ, seeing Peg with the white background at the top of the stairs of the outer room, is as if she's heaven-sent, and to him it represents life, joy, and being home with his wife, but later when they're in the OR Peg's forced to leave on the stairs which are now at the OR's doors, and within BJ's dream it's as if the OR is his personal hell and the black backdrop represents his reality of war, death, and BJ being away from his wife and family.

Corrected entry: We learn that Annie is unable to read. If this is so then how was she able to read the note that she has with her?
Correction: When Annie's reading the note on the back of Domani's receipt for "the millionth time" we see that she's not actually reading it, because she has the words memorized. She treasures those words, and every time that note was read to her when she was younger it just became ingrained in her memory.

Corrected entry: When Blake goes to help Reid after he's been shot, she says "Ethan, Ethan, open your eyes."
Correction: Blake's overwrought because Reid pushed her out of the way of the bullet that hit him, so she calls him by her dead son's name - Ethan. At the end, when Blake accompanies Reid back to his apartment she says that seeing him like that touched a nerve, and Reid asks Blake who Ethan is, so she tells Reid all about her son Ethan who died when he was just nine years old, and also tells him that Ethan would have been a lot like him.
Correction: Yes, there are two larger envelopes, but they are not meant to be the same envelope, it's wedding invitation etiquette. The actual invitation itself is inserted in the "inner envelope" with only Phoebe's name written on it (or as 'Phoebe and friend'), and this inner envelope is inserted in the "outside envelope" along with the reply card (in the small envelope), and it's the outside envelope which is stamped and addressed to Phoebe ("4 line address"). We even see Phoebe holding both larger envelopes while removing the reply card's small envelope, just as Monica says, "This is so amazing," and also see them when Rachel opens her own envelope.
