Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates Spell Reproduction, he discards two spell cards from his hand to bring back another spell card from his graveyard. When he does this, the De-Fusion spell card can be seen in his hand. Then, when Kaiba shows Zigfried the Dimension Fusion spell card after it returns to his hand, the De-Fusion card has disappeared from his hand. The De-Fusion card reappears in his hand when Kaiba places the five monster cards on his duel disk. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried's life points go from 2600 to 1600, he is standing at an angle where his body is rotated and his arm is extended in a direction that is facing Kaiba. When the shot cuts, his body is not rotated and his arm is extended to the left. (00:16:10)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried activates his Magical Arms spell card, his life points increase from 1100 to 2100. When this happens, the fingers in his right hand are opened out, but when the shot cuts, his right hand is closed into a fist. (00:15:35)

Other mistake: When Kaiba summons Chaos Emperor Dragon, in the shot of him placing the monster card on the duel disk, the only other card in his hand is the Emergency Provisions spell card. On the same turn, he sets a face-down card, which he could only have gotten from the cards in his hand. Then he activates Emergency Provisions, and two additional cards can be seen in his hand. This would mean that there would have been four cards in his hand overall, even though he only had one card earlier in the turn. (00:14:05 - 00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried walks into the meeting room, one of the board members stands up to speak to him. The man has one hand placed on the table and there is a piece of paper on the table next to his left hand, but when the shot cuts, he has both hands on the table and the piece of paper is nowhere near him. Other mistake: When Kaiba activates Pot of Greed, there is one card in his left hand. He then draws two more cards from his deck, but then there are only two cards that can be seen in his hand, even though there should be a total of three cards in his hand overall. (00:15:57)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the duel, Kaiba begins drawing cards from his deck one by one. His left hand can be seen in the shot while he is drawing the cards, and no cards are shown being placed in his left hand. But in the following shot, there are suddenly cards in his left hand. Character mistake: When the duel starts, there is a close-up shot of Zigfried's deck, and he is shown drawing four cards from the deck. Duelists are supposed to draw five cards at the start of every duel. (00:08:36)

Revealing mistake: When Kaiba and Zigfried finish shuffling each other's decks, in the shots of them handing their decks back to one another, the bottom cards on their decks are missing the illustrations. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Solomon calls Rebecca dramatic, Joey, Tea and Tristan get annoyed at him. At this moment, Professor Hawkins can be seen to the left of the shot, facing 90 degrees away from Solomon. Then it cuts to a wide shot where Professor Hawkins has rotated a few inches to the right so that he can face Solomon. (00:20:28)
A Brawl in a Small Town: Part One - S5-E8
Revealing mistake: When Kaiba and Mokuba are in the control tower, a security guard walks into the room. His reflection can be seen in the window and begins walking forwards at a rotated angle. Then his body enters the frame, but he is shown walking in a straight line, which shouldn't have been possible given the angle he was walking at in the reflection. (00:02:07)
Down in Flames: Part One - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: Just after Tristan restrains Joey during his argument with Zigfried, Devlin says, "He better get a grip or he's history." In this shot, the bracelet that is usually shown on his right arm is missing. It's hard to see at first because Rebecca's head is blocking his arm, but it can be seen once she turns his head. When the shot cuts to an angle behind them, the bracelet on his right arm has reappeared. (00:05:23 - 00:05:51)
Down in Flames: Part One - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: When Joey says "I heard that" after Rebecca criticises his haircut, Devlin tells him to "Take it down a notch" and raises his right arm while doing so. When he does this, his right wrist has nothing on it. Shortly after, when everyone walks into the hallway after Joey berates Zigfried, a bracelet has appeared on his right wrist that wasn't there earlier. (00:03:00 - 00:05:23)

Continuity mistake: When Joey tells Zigfried that no one insults his fashion sense, he says, "So bring it on," and raises his fists. When the shot cuts to focus on Zigfried, Joey's fists are suddenly lowered. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: After Vivian tells Rebecca to wipe the smile off her face, she draws a card from her deck. When she draws the card and looks at it, her thumb can be seen on the side of it. Then there is a close-up of Vivian where the thumb cannot be seen on the card. (00:09:04)
Child's Play - S5-E5
Other mistake: Rebecca activates Graceful Charity, which allows her to draw three cards and discard two. One of the cards she discards is Marie the Fallen One, which is shaded yellow, indicating that it is a Normal Monster and does not have an effect. Later, it's revealed Marie the Fallen One has an effect that allows Rebecca to gain 200 life points every turn, meaning it is an Effect Monster and should have been shaded orange. Continuity mistake: When Solomon draws the Ancient Tome spell card from his deck, his middle finger and index finger are touching the backside. Then there is a close-up of the card, where his middle finger is not touching it. The shot cuts again, and his middle finger is suddenly touching the card. (00:03:26)
Let the Games Begin: Part One - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: When Joey is telling Mokuba he doesn't duel on an empty stomach, the two hot dogs he is holding have ketchup on them. A few seconds later, when Mokuba tells him he'll be disqualified if he doesn't make it to the duel, the ketchup on the hot dogs has disappeared. The ketchup reappears a few seconds after that. Unwanted Guest: Part Two - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: When Tea and Tristan start laughing after Kaiba calls Joey an underdog, Tea has her left hand over her mouth. When it cuts to a wider shot, her left hand is suddenly holding onto her right arm. (00:14:02)
