Deliberate mistake: There is a shot of Yugi drawing cards until there are six cards in his hand after he activates Card of Sanctity. Around a minute after this, when Yugi activates his Royal Straight Slasher's effect, the exact same animation of him drawing until there are six cards in his hand has been repeated. Deliberate mistake: The timer only has a few minutes remaining at the start of the episode. But everything that happens in the episode lasts significantly longer than the amount of time shown on the timer. Even the final thirty seconds the players are given to escape goes on for way longer than thirty seconds.
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 2 - S2-E10
Deliberate mistake: Joey draws the Baby Dragon card from his deck, which he then summons to the field. Then, once he has summoned that monster to the field, he summons the monster Time Wizard, which he already had the card for in his hand. However, Joey never had this card in his hand at any point in the previous episode. It just became one of the cards in his hand during this episode. (00:03:53)

Deliberate mistake: In the actual card game, attacking the castle ring would not be allowed, but this is probably done in order to enhance the show for kids.
