Audio problem: When Mana is jumping on Bobasa's belly, Bobasa asks, "Who's next?", to which Joey replies, "I'll pass," but Joey's mouth doesn't move when he says the line. (00:03:27)
Audio problem: When the main characters follow Bobasa to the edge of the cliff, they all say "Huh?" once they see what he sees, but their mouths don't move. (00:10:02)
Audio problem: When Tea and Tristan wake up and they ask where they are, Yugi says, "We're inside the Millennium Puzzle, remember?" Once Yugi finishes saying the line, his mouth remains wide open, despite there being no reason for it to stay open. (00:08:13)

Audio problem: When the knights are revealed to be Yugi, Joey, Mai and Pegasus, there is a shot of Tristan saying, "Let them go," before it pans downward to Pharaoh Yugi. When Tristan finishes the line, Tea's mouth begins to move as if she is saying something, but she is not heard saying anything. (00:20:08)
Grappling with a Guardian: Part 1 - S4-E30
Audio problem: When Yugi is running so that he can confront Dartz, he is heard breathing while running, but his mouth doesn't move. (00:03:40)
Audio problem: When Chris is riding on the wolf, she says, "You know what to do, Skye," but her mouth doesn't move. (00:15:07)
Audio problem: When Dartz is first seen in the flashback, he is heard laughing, but his mouth doesn't move. (00:13:08)
Audio problem: When Gurimo is explaining the rules of The Seal of Orichalcos to Yugi, he says, "But the loser can never leave." Whilst saying this, the area of his face above his mouth, but below his eyes, can be seen moving with the line. Then it cuts to an extreme close-up of his face where, even though his mouth isn't visible in the frame, the area above his mouth is visible but doesn't appear to move while he continues speaking. Showdown in the Shadows: Part 2 - S2-E48
Audio problem: Right before Kaiba discovers the Winged Dragon of Ra's secret special power, there is a close-up of his keyboard where faint typing can be heard, but his fingers aren't pressing any of the keys. (00:10:09)
Let the Finals Begin! - S2-E32
Audio problem: When Trinity thanks Joey for bringing her onboard the blimp, Joey says, "Just one of the many perks of being a champion." There appears to be a slight delay with Joey's mouth movements, as his mouth doesn't start moving until a second after he starts the line. (00:10:22)
Audio problem: When the hunter tells Mokuba, "Today, you're my prey," there is a wide shot where all four of the hunters are laughing, but none of their mouths are moving. (00:09:19)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 1 - S2-E9
Audio problem: When Joey calls Espa's mins reading a scam, Espa says, "You're just jealous of my telepathic powers." When he says this, his face can be seen in the frame during the second half of the line, and his lips don't appear to move when he says the line. (00:07:32)
Dungeon Dice Monsters: Part 1 - S1-E46
Audio problem: When Yugi closes the store door at the start of the episode, the sound of the door closing is heard shortly after the door has already finished closing. (00:01:03)
Yugi vs. Pegasus: Match of the Millennium - Part 3 - S1-E37
Audio problem: When Bakura tells Tristan to hand over Mokuba or else he'll suffer the same fate as the guards, he starts doing an evil chuckle, but his mouth is open and it doesn't move. (00:17:30)
