Duel Identity, Part II - S1-E30
Character mistake: Yugi mistakenly says if he doesn't get a monster out to defend himself Mai can attack him directly, which wouldn't be possible since the rules of Duel Monsters during the Duelist Kingdom arc forbade direct attacks on defenseless opponents. That rule wouldn't be implemented until the Battle City arc.

Continuity mistake: When Yugi draws the monster card Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress from his deck, he has two fingers against the back of the card, which are pressed against each other. In a close-up of the card, there is suddenly a gap in between the two fingers. (00:14:22)

Other mistake: When Mai tells Yugi, "You just made your final mistake," it cuts to an overview shot where Yugi's life point count is 1350, even though at this point in the duel it should be 300. (00:06:03)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi and Pharaoh have a brief heart-to-heart, it cuts back to the duel field with a shot from behind Yugi saying, "Maybe you're right." At this moment, the cards Yugi is holding are missing the illustrations. (00:05:02)

Other mistake: When Mai starts explaining why she lost to Joey, two copies of the trap card Shadow of Eyes and two copies of the monster card Harpie Lady can be seen on her duel mat, even though she has only played one of each. (00:02:57)
