Audio problem: When Joey calls Espa's mins reading a scam, Espa says, "You're just jealous of my telepathic powers." When he says this, his face can be seen in the frame during the second half of the line, and his lips don't appear to move when he says the line. (00:07:32)

Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 1 - S2-E9
Plot hole: Joey attempts to summon Giltia the D Knight, but is unable to because it is a Level 5 monster and monsters with that are at least Level 5 require the player to sacrifice one of their monsters that are already on the field. This is a new rule that Kaiba implemented as part of the tournament which Joey didn't know about, but in the previous episode, he watched Yugi sacrifice a monster to summon Summoned Skull, so he should have known this. Yugi vs. the Rare Hunter: Part 2 - S2-E8

Yugi vs. the Rare Hunter: Part 2 - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: When Yugi is explaining to the hunter that his deck is cluttered with so many Exodia cards that he squeezed out room for other cards needed to protect his life points, his duel disk can be seen on his arm. On the duel disk are two monster cards that are in an upright position on the disk. Later, when Yugi tells him that all of his Exodia heads have been eliminated, the two monster cards on his duel disk are now upside down. (00:09:05 - 00:11:25)

Right before he places the card in the slot, the card can already be seen inside the third slot on the duel disk (which is the slot he places the card into). (00:08:39)

Yugi vs. the Rare Hunter: Part 1 - S2-E7
Revealing mistake: At the start of the duel, Yugi draws a card from his deck and says, "I draw a card from my deck, now get ready." When he says this, the cards he is holding in his hand appear to be misshapen, as the tops of the cards appear to have curvatures at the corners when they should be rectangle-shaped. (00:15:04)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi tells the hunter that he's ready to duel, Joey says, "Yug, wait," whilst looking at Yugi. In the next shot, Joey is looking at the hunter. (00:13:39)

Yugi vs. the Rare Hunter: Part 1 - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: When Mako starts shaking Weevil, Mai's arms are at her side. The shot cuts, and Mai's left hand is suddenly rubbing the back of her head. (00:07:15)
