Corrected entry: During the car chase in Rome, they pass a wedding photo shoot. The camera that would be taking the wedding photo disappears after one shot.

National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Ellen is doing the erotic dance in the bathroom she squirts shaving foam onto her hand, then blows some at Chevy. At the end she comes out of the bathroom and lies on the carpet. Chevy gets on top of her and when she puts her arm round him you see the hand is completely clean. (00:11:05)
Correction: When she put her hand on the carpet, the foam rubs off her hand. In fact, you can see the foam on the carpet itself.

The Dark Knight (2008)
Corrected entry: When Reese unfolds the blueprints of the 'Tumbler' and puts them on Fox's desk, the drawing of the right-hand side of the vehicle is incorrectly labelled 'Left Elevation'.
Correction: Right and Left Elevations are determined as if you were looking at it from the Front Elevation. In this case, looking at a car from the front, the passenger side would be the Left. This is how the Tumbler is, correctly so, labelled.

X-Men 3 (2006)
Corrected entry: In the big fight scene at the end of the movie against The Brotherhood, Storm fights Callisto (Speed/mutant-detector) and kills her via electricity which comes out of her hands. Since Storm's power is to control weather, and weather control and electric shock are two very different things, she shouldn't be able to do this (in the first movie she had to summon lightning down from the sky to use against Toad).
Correction: There is no error, the lightning simply never comes out of her hands. All the lightning strikes comes from the sky. If you watch the scene you see she just uses her hands to point or direct the lightning towards Callisto, but the lightning comes from behind her.

X-Men 3 (2006)
Corrected entry: Near the beginning when the boy is cutting his wings, his hand is reaching behind his back. During different shots he's reaching behind him with different hands. (00:03:30)
Correction: There is no mistake. The camera shot simply changes from filming Angel directly to filming the mirror reflection, and there is plenty of time for Angel to turn to face the mirror. You can tell the second shot is a reflection because the position of his mole switches sides. The mole is always opposite of the hand/arm Angel uses.

Falling Skies (2011)
Corrected entry: Where do the resistance fighters get their weapons? They have carried Russian AK series, German UMP's, American M4's and M16's and Israeli Galil series just to name a few. While they might have salvaged the M4's and M16's from US military sources, it is highly unlikely they would find foreign assault rifles and ammunition in the Northeastern United States. That area of the US is notorious for its strict gun control laws.
Correction: This is not a plot hole or error, if anything, it's a question. First off, show starts 6 months after the alien invasion; plenty of time for various guns to be moved to the Boston area. Second, many of the fighters were ex-military or ex-police, who would have access to weapons, even in an anti-gun region. Third, we're told a lot of the guns come from Alex Vlensa, a paranoid gun collector who had a vast variety of guns. There are several additional reasons and ways they get foreign weaponry.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Corrected entry: When the gang pulls into the garage, Cameron is shown wearing his sleeves up. In the next shot they are rolled all the way down.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Corrected entry: Jeanie doesn't undo her seatbelt before she jumps out of the station wagon. And additionally in one shot of the car parked - the seatbelt is slammed in the door of the car and hanging out but when they cut back to the car seconds later, the seatbelt is gone.
Correction: While we see her wearing the seatbelt on the way home, she is pulled over by cops. After that we don't see a shot of her until she jumps out of the car. Plenty of time passes for her to undo her seatbelt before pulling into the driveway (and we don't even know if she was wearing it after being let go by the cops).

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Corrected entry: When Ferris is kicking his shoes off at the end of the movie before jumping back into bed, he kicks his right shoe off and then he kicks the same shoe off again.
Correction: The camera never cuts away from the removing the shoes scene. We see him remove the right shoe (with his left foot) and then remove the left shoe (with his right foot).

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Corrected entry: When Ferris is about to jump in the pool to save Cameron there is a cookie floating in the water. As he jumps in it disappears.
Correction: After watching the scene twice, and even pausing it, there is no cookie floating in the pool to begin with, or even anything resembling a cookie, at any time.

The Terminator (1984)
Corrected entry: After the Terminator is destroyed, Sarah Connor is loaded into the ambulance feet-first. In real ambulances, the patient's head is closest to the front, not the back. (01:40:00)
Correction: While it may be preferred, many EMS ambulance cot operation procedure manuals use the phrase "head or foot end first".

The Cosby Show (1984)
Corrected entry: Cliff says in the beginning that he has the day off, but when the kids go shopping it shows him at work in his office.
Correction: Watch the episode again. Cliff says he's enjoying his "morning off", not day. He still had to go into work. Since the kids went shopping after school, Cliff was at work in the late afternoon.

The Cosby Show (1984)
Corrected entry: After Pam is introduced to the girls, Clair leaves Pam alone in the living room. She later returns with three glasses of apple juice. How did Clair know that Cliff had entered the room while she was gone?
Correction: Because the living room is right next to the kitchen and Cliff's voice carries so she knew he was there talking to Pam. And she had been in there long enough that even if she prepared just 2 glasses, she had time to get a 3rd glass prepared.

The Cosby Show (1984)
Corrected entry: When Darryl arrives for the date, Cliff sends Theo upstairs to get Sondra, but Theo had just left Sondra in the kitchen. Why didn't he go back into the kitchen if he knew that's where she was?
Correction: Because Cliff had come downstairs after Theo left the kitchen. Theo was watching TV long enough for Sondra to go back upstairs where Cliff would have seen/heard her.

The Cosby Show (1984)
Corrected entry: When asked about the $95 Theo said that if he lived to be 90 years old that would be like a dollar a year. In this episode Theo is 14 years old, as stated by Cliff. If Theo wanted to equate his age to the value of the shirt he would need to live to 109 years old.
Correction: The character is shown to be dumb and bad in math obviously. But also, he does say "like", showing he's speaking approximately.

Dracula (1992)
Corrected entry: When Jonathan is closing the transactions in Dracula's castle, a huge map of London can seen on the wall. There's a long wideshot where the camera pans along with Dracula's shadow on the map, and every inch of the map is revealed. Then, when Dracula mentions Renfield, Renfield's card, pinned to the map, appears out of nowhere. (00:15:45)
Correction: The shot of Renfield's card is meant to give the audience a visual representation of who he is. The card is not pinned on the map that is shown in the previous shots.

The Killer (1989)
Corrected entry: When the gangsters are trying to kill Jeff, Inspector Lee and the singer at Sydney's house, the main assassin is seemingly killed in a car crash. He reappears later in the film's finale.
Correction: Your own statement proves this is not an error or plot hole. "Seemingly" means it just seems like he was killed, when he wasn't.

Rat Race (2001)
Corrected entry: An entire herd of Holstein milkers grazing in a New Mexico pasture? I don't think so...
Correction: What is the mistake? New Mexico is the the 7th largest milk producing state (5th in 2001) and Holsteins herds have been predominate in New Mexico (and Texas).

Richie Rich (1994)
Corrected entry: At the beginning, the narrator describes it as being a "cold and frosty November morning when Master Richie came into the world," however when Richard Sr. opens the doors, green leaves are visible outside the windows.
Correction: Many trees have green leaves year round.

Wild Wild West (1999)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Grant is trying to drive the railroad spike in at Promontory Point, current 50-state US flags are visible on the train.
Correction: No, they're not. These are 37-star flags.

Correction: No. It doesn't. You can see when the first car drives towards the crowd that the photographer grabs the camera so it doesn't get damaged (something a normal person would do in the situation). And in wide shots you can see he's still holding the camera.
