Corrected entry: When the coach goes to Bobby's house to talk about the team with his mom, Bobby's mom goes up to bed and the coach shows the tattoo on his butt. In the top left corner of the doorway you can see a boom mike.

The Robe (1953)
Corrected entry: During the film many of the characters refer to the area "Palestine" when speaking of "Jerusalem". Unfortunately "Palestine" was not named so when the film was set (30AD), the area in question was known as "Judea" until renamed "Palestine" around 120 AD, some 90 or so years later.
Correction: This is wrong, what the submitter is referring to is the province Syria Palaestina, which was formed 135AD. However, the name Palestine for that region was around since the 5th century BC, deriving its name from a 1150BC word for the area.

Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993)
Corrected entry: During the banquet scene, Robin Hood dives under a table with no-one, and no room for anyone else, under it. Suddenly, when we see him underneath, it's a different table and Maid Marian's under it.

Underworld: Evolution (2006)
Corrected entry: When Selene was painting on the wall of the prison, when she was a young child the painting was at her eye height. Now when she returns, the painting (although faded by time) is again at eye height but now she is an adult. The painting should be under the water, but would serve no purpose there since the audience could not see it.

Yohan - Barnevandrer (2010)
Corrected entry: When Johannes comes home and sees his wife and family again there is no mentioning of the baby that his wife lost while he was away. He hasn't been in contact with them since he left when she was heavily pregnant. Surely the new baby (which he doesn't know is dead) would be the first thing on his mind when he came back?
Correction: Just because characters act a different way than you would, or want them to, doesn't make it a mistake. And it's possible they had discussions off camera.

Frasier (1993)
Corrected entry: In this episode Frasier and Niles talk about how they met Marie when they were children because Martin was friends with her father, Duke, therefore, Frasier and Niles would have known Duke as well. But in the episode "Duke's, We Hardly Knew Ye", they met Duke for the first time.
Correction: Not only are some of these statements about the episode wrong, but there's a lot of incorrect assumptions. First, Frasier and Niles never talk about how they met Marie. When Frasier and Martin are talking, we find out that Frasier was only around Marie for one week, when she was six. And there's no indication Duke was around where they would have met him (you're just assuming that). And all Niles states is a nickname they had for her, which they could have had without being around her or her father.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
The Wiggly Finger Catalyst - S5-E4
Corrected entry: Five minutes into the show, Sheldon has written down what a dice roll will tell him what to do. He rolls the dice, pauses and looks at the list to see what he has to do for that dice roll. The problem is he has an Eidetic memory and wouldn't take the time to look at the list when he can already see it in his head.
Correction: This is not at all accurate. The list he his looking at is the Cheesecake Factory menu, not one he created himself. Given the nature of the menu page Sheldon looks at, it's unlikely he's ever looked at that page before.

Mr. Bean (1989)
Corrected entry: In the beginning scene, Mr. Bean and a lady working for the laundromat are using silver-coloured washing machines to wash their clothes, But, if you watch carefully, both are seen taking their laundry out of yellow-coloured washing machines.
Correction: At the beginning they are using the washing machine and at the end they are pulling their stuff out of the yellow dryer.

Hair By Mr. Bean of London - S1-E19
Corrected entry: When Mr. Bean is giving a haircut to the person with grey hair, when he is trying to get the hair off the razor, the bell can be heard, but nobody walks through the door.
Correction: Every time I've watched the scene, there is only the razor noise and no bell.

The Cosby Show (1984)
Denise: The Saga Continues - S6-E1
Corrected entry: While getting ready for bed, Clair complains to Cliff that she had to cut Olivia's food behind Denise's back during dinner; but in the previous scene, Cliff offers to take Clair out to dinner alone because there are too many kids in the house (Theo, Vanessa, and Rudy have all their friends over), so how can Clair cut Olivia's food if she was out to dinner with Cliff?
Correction: As you stated, Cliff offers to take her out to dinner, but we never hear her accept the offer, nor do we see them out to dinner alone. And, even if they did go out to dinner alone, Clair could still have cut Olivia's food during Olivia's dinner before or after going out.

The Cosby Show (1984)
Corrected entry: When Clair is sitting on the front porch talking to Mrs. Westlake, she is wearing a purple plaid dress with fringe on the sleeves, but minutes later when she is in the kitchen with Vanessa and Denise, she is wearing a tan pantsuit with a red sweater.
Correction: While it may have been just a few minutes in real time, it wasn't just a few minutes in TV time. After the opening scene, the next scene is Dr. Huxtable finishing up his doctor's appointment with Mrs. Westlake, so plenty of time has passed for Clair to have changed out of her work clothes.

The Scout (1994)
Corrected entry: Al makes a promise to Steve that, if he signs with the Yankees, he won't have to pitch unless the team makes it to the World Series. But players aren't allowed to play in the post-season if they're not on the 25-man roster by the end of August.
Correction: There's no mistake here, just because Steve would have to be on the 25-man roster doesn't mean Al wouldn't lie to get Steve to sign.

Unnecessary Roughness - S7-E16
Corrected entry: At the Peach Pit After Dark, David and Tom are preparing for Super Bowl weekend. But the Super Bowl is played at the end of winter, and the gang is all about two weeks away from graduation, which occurs at the end of spring.
Correction: The graduation doesn't take place till episode 31, which aired in May. While preparations may have been made for graduations, they certainly were never 2 weeks away from graduation and no mistakes were made.

The Dream Sequence Always Rings Twice - S2-E4
Corrected entry: In the flashback to 1946 when Bruce Willis is being strapped to the electric chair, he mentions "Stairway to Heaven," a song that wouldn't be recorded and released for another 25 years.
Correction: SPOILER ALERT: This wasn't a flashback, it was a dream. Since it is Bruce Willis' dream, he can mention "Stairway to Heaven" in the dream, because the song exists in his real life.

W. (2008)
Corrected entry: When W. is giving George Sr. a tour of Arlington Stadium in 1990, they comment in passing that it was a mistake to trade Sammy Sosa. By the end of the 1990 season, Sosa's career was relatively unremarkable: he was hitting a career .242, with just 23 home runs and 96 RBIs. It wasn't until 1998 with the Chicago Cubs that Sosa's stardom really took off.
Correction: They still saw it as a mistake. In '89 the Rangers used two young outfielders (Sosa and Juan Gonzalez), but Juan stayed in the minors for most of the '90 season and didn't perform as Sosa did. In '89 the White Sox finished 7th in the division and then in the '90 season finished 2nd, above the Rangers who finished 3rd.

The West Wing (1999)
7A WF 83429 - S5-E1
Corrected entry: The Secret Service's code names for the First Family all begin with the same letter. Since President Bartlet's code name is "Eagle", Zoey's code name would not be "Bookbag", but instead would also start with an 'E'.
Correction: While it may traditionally be done, it's not a rule and not a mistake. In the past, some members of the First Family have had names starting with different letters (Rose Kennedy for example), and some presidents and First Wives have been given two code names with different letters (Barbara Bush was Snowbank and Tranquility).

Maximum Overdrive (1986)
Corrected entry: If the vehicles are turning on humans, why didn't Curtis and Connie's car try to kill them? The only answer is that them making it to the truck stop serves the story line.
Correction: SPOILER ALERT: At the end of the movie it states the Russians blew up a UFO, implying perhaps it was aliens who controlled everything and everything that happened was just the Aliens playing or experimenting with us. So letting humans have control over some mechanical things was part of their plan, not a plot hole.
Correction: That's not a boom mike, it's the lanterns on the porch.
