Bee Movie (2007)

Corrected entry: When arriving at LAX airport, the trolleys are marked with "JFK".

Correction: If you're talking about the blue suitcase carts, the only thing we see is the company's logo, not JFK.

Bee Movie (2007)

Corrected entry: When the trial judge is entering, you can see on the right a table where the company owners are standing. There are four people standing, one of which is Mr. Montgomery. In the next shot, there are four company owners standing there, not including Mr. Montgomery.

Correction: The four people mentioned, including Mr. Montgomery, are the lawyers, not the company owners. In the next shot, the four company owners are seated behind the lawyers, which is why Mr. Montgomery isn't there. You can see one of the lawyers, out of focus, in the foreground, on the right.

Bee Movie (2007)

Corrected entry: When Barry gets to Honey Farms, he flies into a room with two bees. The bee on the left (the one crouching down) changes a few times from an old bee to a younger one, then back to old.

Correction: There is nothing about her age that changes in the scene. The only thing that noticeably changes is when she falls down, her beehive wig falls off. But she puts it back on when off camera.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: After Dieter falls down the slope, the next few camera shots are 1st person views of the small dinosaurs which are about to attack him. The 1st shot ends a short distance from his face, at the speed which the camera zoomed in, during the 2nd shot the 1st dinosaur should have reached him. Likewise, during the 3rd shot, both the 1st and 2nd dinosaurs should have reached him, but they have not. They only reach him during the overhead camera shot. (01:12:20)

Correction: They're not continuous shots, just different perspectives of the same event, so that the 2nd and 3rd camera zooms aren't chronologically after the 1st one, but happen at the same time. Rather than put 3 images up at once, they show it this way. Likewise, the aerial view is showing the attack in full, not cutting to it after the dinosaurs are already there.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: When Jeff Goldblum is giving his daughter the news about him going away for a few days, he gives her a piece of paper with someone's number on it. However, in the next shot Jeff has the paper back in his hand. (00:16:30)

Correction: This is very vague, because he hands her the paper twice (since both times she got rid of the paper). When he gives her the paper the first time, she keeps it. Later in the scene she throws the paper at him (where it lands on his shoulder) and he takes it, but gives it back. At the desk, she puts the paper down on the desk and he picks it up and gives it back to her. But there's never a shot of him holding the paper when he shouldn't be.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: When the vehicle is hanging off the cliff and the glass at the rear slowly begins to crack, it does so like sheet ice (or conventional window glass). Safety glass in vehicles would either be laminated (in which case it wouldn't shatter at all), or it would break into a million fragments. (00:55:55)

Correction: There's nothing to suggest it was a safety glass window. We see crew members welding on the vehicles and the fact that the deadline was cut could mean they used a conventional window to save time.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: In Hammond's bedroom, Ian distinctly asks, "And who are these four lunatics that you're trying to con into this?", before Hammond states the specific number in the team. This is backed up by the subtitles. (00:10:40)

Correction: He mentions 4 people because on the desk are 4 personnel folders. He (correctly so) figured these four folders were the members of Hammond's team.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: Whilst Brantley is getting changed in his new office, Jean his new secretary comes and surprises him. If you look closely at the door that she opens, you can see duct tape holding the door latch open. (00:44:15 - 00:44:45)

Mr Manchester

Correction: The tape isn't over the door latch but above it over where a deadbolt would be. Not an uncommon thing and not a mistake.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: When Michael's character gets on the escalator, his tie length is below his belt. As he gets off the escalator, it's way above his belt.

Correction: The scene you're talking about is different days. It's a montage of him going to different offices. In the first scene his tie is blue and in the next one it's red, showing he's changed.

I Give It a Year (2013)

Corrected entry: Simon Baker's character is over in London on business. He states at one point about staying in London for a short time. However, at the end, he is still in London despite having 4 months past.

Ssiscool

Correction: We know Guy (Baker) owns one of the factories in London, so he's not a mid-level employee who has to get back home after finishing his business. He also used to spend summers in London as a kid (so a couple months may be a short time to him). But he is also interested in pursuing Nat or Chloe, so he simply extends his trip.

Bishop73

Corrected entry: The couples are supposed to be taking their vacation in January, yet when they arrive at the RV park, there are people swimming in the pool.

Correction: However, they are in Texas and it's warm enough to swim in January (especially since most pools are heated). Most of the time they're in central Texas, but even accounting for being near Amarillo, if you look at historical temperature figures, in Jan 1975 in Amarillo, there where days were it was more than 70°.

Blazing Saddles (1974)

Corrected entry: When the gang rides into fake Rock Ridge, the buildings constructed by the townsfolk are two-dimensional. After the explosions begin and the fighting between the two groups begins, the structures are suddenly real. At the end of the picture the street in both towns have sagebrush and desert plants. Earlier in the movie, the town streets are clear.

stevewaclo

Correction: After the explosion and the fighting starts, the whole movie shifts to a typical Mel Brooks parody where they break-out of the movie. The scene shows the whole WB lot and the fight spills over into other sets and actors from other movies being filmed. It was a joke and not part of the continuous story. Then at the end, the streets are clear. The desert bushes seen is when the Sheriff and Waco Kid get into a car a drive off, but again a joke.

Blazing Saddles (1974)

Corrected entry: The elderly woman comes to the window and gives Sheriff Bart an apple pie. He walks two steps from the window then sits it down when she taps the window again. After she finally leaves, we see a wider shot of the room, no pie in sight. (00:50:40)

Correction: He doesn't set the pie down, you see him hand the pie to Jim. Jim had plenty of time to set the pie down on the desk to his right so the audience couldn't see it. When they get up to leave, there's not a clear shot of what's on the desk because the side of the desk is blocking the view.

Blazing Saddles (1974)

Corrected entry: In Jim's first scene, after he is straightened out from being upside-down, hanging off the top bunk, he reaches under the pillow for a bottle. He then finishes the remains of the bottle. The level of the liquid changes. It goes from being just above the bottom of the label to being enough for 4-5 big swallows. (00:33:15)

Correction: The amount never changes before he takes a swig. And the level is never just above the bottom of the label, but higher.

The Simpsons (1989)

Correction: This is speculation at best, not a mistake, since there's never been a brain switch to prove this. Plus, the vocal chord is controlled by muscles to change speech, and the muscles are controlled by the brain. This is why people can impersonate other people's voice (or at least change their own voice).

Ted (2012)

Corrected entry: When they hang out with Sam Jones from the Flash Gordon Movie, Sam says "Death to Ming", and that reference is later repeated again. But, in Flash Gordon, Flash never says those words. "Death to Ming" was uttered by the King of Ardentia just after Ming commanded him to fall onto his own sword.

Steve Richards

Correction: Sam Jones wasn't quoting himself, nor is it ever stated he was. The neighbor's name was Ming and Sam (being a little crazed) simply said "death to Ming" before attacking him.

Bulletproof Monk (2003)

Corrected entry: When Kar and Jade are driving to rescue the Monk, you can see that the car is not moving when the camera shows the driver's side window and nothing is moving past them as they are talking. (01:18:00)

MCKD

Correction: Given that it's dark outside, there wasn't anything to see, especially the way the lighting is set up. But we do see the lights and shadows pass by though indicating movement (most noticeably the red light passing by on the passenger side).

Bulletproof Monk (2003)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Sean William Scott finds his landlord dead, whenever there is a shot of the dead body you can see him breathing. (00:58:37)

Correction: After closely watching this scene, I never see any breathing or movement. Since it was raining, there is the reflection of the rain on all 3 of the people which might have made you think there was breathing.

Bulletproof Monk (2003)

Corrected entry: When the bad guys are chasing the Monk and Kar across the street, you see a BMW almost hit them and it stops in the street. The camera angle changes - the bad guys are crossing the street, the BMW is now gone, and a different car almost hits them in the same place the BMW almost hit the Monk and Kar. (00:40:04)

MCKD

Correction: The BMW that almost hits the Monk drives off (just like the Cadillac does). We actually see the 2nd car that almost hits the bad guys making the right hand turn on to the street as the BMW swerves to miss the Monk.

Varsity Blues (1999)

Corrected entry: Right after Lance gets hurt the 2 announcers in the booth seem to have ESP or either that they have some medical degree that nobody knows about because despite the fact that the injury just happened and nobody knows how serious the injury is they already know that the injury is severe enough that Lance's "ride" to Florida state is over.

Correction: They could have also known that any type of injury would make Florida State decide against giving a full ride scholarship to a player, despite knowing the severity of it. Injury prone players are usually a major a concern for top teams.
