Continuity mistake: Near the end, Margaret and her husband are shown leaving for their honeymoon in a jeep. You can see Trapper and Hawkeye in the background with a wheelchair. Then it cuts to an emergency room surgery session that appears to be a throw-in scene showing them worn out. Then, after the commercial, it shows Margaret leaving again and Trapper and Hawkeye with the wheelchair in a full scene.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Dr Smith is painting a painting. The commander picks it up and questions it. Smith grabs it back and puts it back on the easel but puts it in a different direction but thinks nothing of it.

Factual error: About 9 minutes in, Hochstater asks how long Hogan has been running this camp. Schultz responds, "3 years this November." The earliest Hogan could have been taken prisoner would be December '41, so it would have to be November '42 at the earliest, making it just before November '45. The war in Europe was over in May '45.

Continuity mistake: 2/3 through the show, the new commander has them practicing. Two pilots want to mess with him and change radio channels, but the new major catches on and changes channels with them to listen in. Afterward, he talks to the squadron over the radio but never changed back to the original frequency to enable him to b.

Continuity mistake: The officers are leaving the station on patrol. There's a police car parked in the outer lane of the exit. Next shot, they're driving out of the same lane, and the car is gone.

Other mistake: Malloy is the training officer and Reed is the trainee for what appears to be years. A major part of training as a cop is to get hands-on training to drive in emergency situations, but Malloy always does, except when he has an invalid license or needs to move the car.

Revealing mistake: Halfway through the show, the officers get a flat. As Malloy is getting ready to jack up the car, Reed starts using the lug nut wrench to loosen up the nuts. He repeatedly turns the wrench clockwise, which would tighten the nuts.

Other mistake: Halfway through the show, the officers walk across the street to talk to some young toughs. The school sign painted on the street is spelled "Schol".

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, an officer is yelling at Reid for trying to give him a dog. There's a gun belt hanging on the locker next to Reid, Malloy comes in and it's still there. Next angle, it's gone.

Other mistake: They deal with the owner of a gym and his jersey says "Rivers" but the building says "River's". Is his name Rivers or River?

Factual error: 19 1/2 minutes in. They pull over a car and run the plate. Malloy tells the driver the car is registered to a Volkswagen. He should have said the plate is registered.

Stupidity: With about 5 minutes left, the Black Sheep fly towards a Japanese carrier. They are flying Japanese planes. The Japanese spotter speaks in Japanese. The translation on the screen says "There ours" instead of "They're ours."

The Bed Jacket - S3-E12

Character mistake: In the first scene of the show, Andy, Opie and the mayor are on a pier fishing a lake. They are casting with deep sea reels. If you've ever tried casting with a deep sea reel, it doesn't work out well. You can see there no equipment on the poles.

Factual error: A hotel worker citizens arrests a guy for statutory rape in his hotel of his girlfriend who is 17. The police talk about charging him but not wanting to. 17 is legal age of consent in New York so there would be no statutory rape.

Log 81: The Long Walk - S1-E14

Stupidity: They are looking for a red convertible. No other description of the car. A red convertible pulls up behind them and passes them. The ragtop roof is up but it's still matches the description. Doesn't faze them in the least.
