Continuity mistake: When Johnny's on the phone with Uncle Ernie about the new color TV, in the wide shot Johnny writes down the address of the warehouse, and puts the pen back in his shirt pocket. Then Johnny thanks Uncle Ernie, and when he hangs up the phone, in the next closeup the pen is back in Johnny's hand.Super Grover
Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 is on the scene with the overturned truck carrying insecticide, that's causing toxic smoke, Captain Stanley asks dispatch to identify the toxicity of trimelanide, and three shots later a crew member walks onscreen from the left, right behind the overturned truck, then realizes his mistake and backs away.Super Grover
Continuity mistake: At the scene of the overturned truck causing toxic smoke, when Chet talks to the driver and then pops out the windshield, in the wide shots the two windshields are intact and not cracked, but in the closeups facing Chet and the closeups facing the driver there are long cracks in the windshield.Super Grover
Continuity mistake: When the guy who was injured in the manhole is brought into the ER, Dix tells them to bring him to treatment 6 (which is around the corner from the other treatment rooms, and has no color lines that run past its door), then we see him wheeled into treatment 6 in the shot from the hallway. However, in the next shot from inside the treatment room we can see they're not in treatment 6, but actually in treatment 1, note the red, green, and yellow lines on the hallway floor in front of its doorway, and treatment 6 has no color lines that run past its doorway.
Visible crew/equipment: When John and Roy are dispatched to the couple's house, for the second time, after they've checked the rooms upstairs and downstairs they join the couple in the living room, and the reflection of the large overhead set lighting is visible in the mirror hanging over the mantel.Super Grover
Visible crew/equipment: While en route to the structure fire, Mike is driving Engine 51, and seated backwards in the jumpseat behind Mike is Marco, who's wearing a helmet and his turnout, but in the shot from the POV behind Mike, we see the reflection in the rear-view mirror of the grey haired crew member, who is seated facing forward behind Mike.Super Grover
Visible crew/equipment: At the structure fire, when Squad 51 stops at the hydrant to lay the dual lines, as Engine 51 drives past the squad, the reflections of array lighting and the reflector screen are briefly visible. Then when Engine 51 rolls up to the fire, as Captain Stanley tells dispatch to send a second alarm and approach from the west, we can see the reflection of a crew member wearing a long sleeved white shirt and dark slacks, in the window behind Captain Stanley. He's still visible when Squad 51 pulls up alongside Engine 51, and also when Cap tells Engine 9 to lay duals.Super Grover
Revealing mistake: At the structure fire, when Engine 9 and Engine 17 roll up, we can see the large, red, rectangular vinyl material that is adhered to the front of the engines, with their company numbers printed on it. Additionally, the red vinyl material adhered to the top of 9's and 17's cabs, which cover their real company numbers, flap up in the wind.Super Grover
Other mistake: At the structure fire, Roy and Johnny rescue 17's Captain Harmell, as seen on his helmet after he fell through the roof, but when Truck 17 sends its snorkel to the roof, 51's Captain Stanley and Captain Watson, whose helmet also shows 17, both assist with the rescue of the other Captain of 17.Super Grover
Continuity mistake: At the construction site, after the younger patient has been taken to the ambulance, when Roy tells Johnny that it was pretty good radio work, Johnny's holding his helmet, but in the next shot as Johnny stands up his helmet is gone, though there is a helmet near the drug box behind him.Super Grover
Visible crew/equipment: During the rescue of the man trapped in the submerged car, when 110's Captain is handing John and Roy (who are in the water) the cave-in gear's air hose, in the shots from behind him on deck, the reflection of a crew member wearing white pants can be seen on the chrome surface beside him.Super Grover
Visible crew/equipment: When the attendants wheel the boy who can't breathe into the ER, then stop at the nurses' station so Morton can have a look at him, there are two white tape marks visible on the floor, one is below the base station's tape recorder, where a nurse first stands, and the other is at the side of the main desk, where that same nurse (behind Dixie) stands a moment later.Super Grover
