The Game - S6-E1

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, after the boy ties a bowline knot in the rope attached to the van, when the mom gets into the van with her daughter, the reflections of two crew members, the cameraman and the top of the camera are all visible in the vent window, in two shots.

Other mistake: The USC game that Roy and Johnny are assigned to is supposed to be a sold-out game, but in closeup shots of the crowd around the guys, we can see that around the small crowd of extras used during the shoot, the seats are empty.

Continuity mistake: In the ER staff lounge, when Early and Dixie are watching The Game, there are five books lying on the TV with all their binding facing the right side in the closeups, but in the wide shots the books are facing the opposite way, with binding facing the left.

Continuity mistake: When the injured photographer is brought to the ER, Dix says treatment 7 and we see them heading into 7's door (which is around the corner from treatment 4 and 5, and has no color lines that run past its door) in the shot from the hallway. However, in the next shot from inside the treatment room, we can see they're not in treatment 7, but actually in treatment 4, note the red, green, and yellow lines on the hallway floor in front of its doorway, and treatment 7 has no lines that run past its doorway. When Dixie, Early, and Brackett step into the hallway it's even more obvious.

Continuity mistake: After the paramedic teams are given their instructions before the start of the USC game, in the closeup the Trojan warrior is given his helmet and he has the sword on the saddle, but he does not have his shield when he turns to ride onto the field, yet in the next shot of the real-life recorded footage the Trojan warrior has the shield.

Continuity mistake: When John is putting the pompier belt around the waist of the man stuck up in the tree, he buckles it so the flap is going towards the man's right, but in the next shot as Chet climbs the ladder behind John, the life belt is around the man's waist the opposite way. Then, when John cuts the rope, the belt is back on the original way.

Trainee - S2-E8

Roy: I think you're on some sort of an ego trip, Ed. And in my book that makes you a very dangerous character.
Ed: [Laughs.] Ego trip, huh? Well, I didn't realize that psychiatry was part of the paramedic's training.
Roy: Oh that's good, Ed, you be funny. But that isn't gonna change anything. You wanna know what I figure? Well, I figure when you were working in Vietnam, it was rough. So rough you started playing over your head. And you were making it, you were doing real good. Considering it was a combat situation. And pretty soon you started getting all blown up about how Ed Marlowe is just as good as the real doctors. And you've been living on that ever since. And the trouble is, Ed, you are good. Except for two little problems. You can't quit competing with real doctors. And you can't face being wrong. You see, those people we treat out there, I mean the people we work for, the people who pay for this whole operation, they're real people, Ed, with real problems. And they have a right to expect more than just being used by you for some sort of trip. [Completely exasperated.] I guess what I'm trying to say to you, Ed, is that in my book you're just plain unprofessional.
[Ed walks out.]
John: Do you think it did any good?
Roy: Do you?

The Game - S6-E1

Trivia: It's in this episode that the Heimlich Maneuver is used for the first time by the paramedics. At the USC game, when a guy is choking on a hot dog, John and Roy are called, and John uses the Heimlich. Up until season 6 we've seen the guys use other methods, such as the ChokeSaver which look like huge white tweezers, to remove obstructions in an airway, as seen in 4x9, "Foreign Trade."

School Days - S2-E14

Question: Who are the two baseball players that walk up to the nurses' station to talk about their teammate and discuss his relationship status with his girlfriend to Dixie?

Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.

Super Grover

Answer: I took a screenshot of the two actors, with Rod Perry on the right (https://imgur.com/GCW1myD). Hopefully someone will know the name of the actor on the left. Both actors are uncredited in the episode's credits.

Super Grover

Answer: The guy on the right is actor, Rod Perry. Two years later he played Deacon on the 1970s TV show S.W.A.T. (and now I'm humming its theme song). As for the actor on the left, I recognize his face and voice, but I can't recall from what.
