Corrected entry: Mountie Police cars are not red in colour. They are blue and white. Clearly filmmakers assumed cars matched colour of uniforms.

Punisher: War Zone (2008)
Corrected entry: The Russian mobster who gets stabbed through the throat with the glass shard doesn't even react to Jigsaw breaking the glass and lunging at him with it despite the fact that they were sitting across from each other. The mobster wasn't looking directly at Jigsaw but he was still looking in that direction and should have seen him coming in his peripheral vision.
Correction: Some people have poor peripheral vision and slow reactions.

Bowfinger (1999)
Corrected entry: How can the cast and crew for Chubby Rain *not* know that Kit doesn't know he was being filmed for the movie? The way he reacts in many of the scenes as the actors walk up to him and recite their lines is very unprofessional and probably not even in the script.

Bowfinger (1999)
Corrected entry: How did Terry Stricter/MindHead know where to find Kit and the cast/crew of Chubby Rain?
Correction: This is a question, not a mistake. But, in short, Mindhead controls Kit as much as possible, so having someone following him at all times would not be out of character.

Bowfinger (1999)
Corrected entry: When Kit Ramsay is getting pissed off with the guy trying to get him to do a film, he says he scanned the script for K's and it came up with a number exactly divisible by three. However, the exact number that Kit Ramsey gives for the amount of times the letter K appears is 1,456. This is NOT perfectly divisible by 3, and it does NOT equate to 486. Mathematically, it equates to 485.3333333..., which, rounded off, is 485.
Correction: Kit is consistently shown throughout the movie to be unbalanced and on the edge of sanity. It's no surprise his math isn't perfect, he's finding coincidence and conspiracies all around him.

Smokey and the Bandit (1977)
Corrected entry: Amazing how Bandit and Frog are getting better acquainted - his eyes can leave the road for moments at a time, even though they are speeding 100mph, and not have a single incident. (00:50:45 - 00:55:55)
Correction: Most of the time they aren't driving 100 mph, and I've seen people doing things like applying makeup or using a laptop without incident in over 15 years of driving long distances.

Rocky II (1979)
Corrected entry: Rocky was looking for work, and worked for a time at a meat packing company. I was a financial controller for a meat packing company. Nobody on the floor worked without wire mesh gloves (because knifes were so sharp), yet in the movie no one wore gloves.
Correction: Personal Protective Equipment is required to be supplied by a company. However, some employees still do not use them. Where I work, at a coal mine, we have all PPE including eye protection, spikes for your boots for walking on ice, and dust masks(and more). Yet those three items are commonly the least to be used in everyday work.

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (2008)
Corrected entry: When Nick, Norah and the band begin their search for Caroline, Lethario/Beefy Guy screams "SEARCH PARTY" as Nick and Norah enter the van. Norah responds by saying "Oh God." but her mouth doesn't move. (00:31:40)
Correction: Your mouth doesn't have to move to say "Oh God". Try it.

Seven (1995)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Brad Pitt is chasing John Doe through the building he comes to a window and looks out to see John Doe pointing a gun at him. John Doe fires the gun at the window several times. If you look to the left of him when he's firing you will see a flock of pigeons walking around on top of the air-conditioning duct. These would almost certainly have flown away at the sound of gun fire. (01:10:45)
Correction: Pigeons in a city are used to sudden noises, and if not directly threatened, may not react.

Far Cry (2008)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Dr. Krieger demonstrates his genetically enhanced soldier to the general, we are shown that their skin can withstand bullets fired from point blank range. Krieger boasts about the skin being able to resist puncture 20 times better than kevlar yet, not even 2 minutes later, the soldier is being sedated with a needle from a medical tranquilizer gun. Granted that the needle is pointy and bullets are somewhat dull but the force needed to pentrate regular kevlar would break the needle. Not to mention the force needed to penetrate something 20 times stronger than kevlar.
Correction: And yet, if wearing a Kevlar bulletproof vest, a person is protected from bullets, but not all vests are knife proof. The reason is a bullet has high velocity and spreads the impact over a wider area, being duller than a knife, and the energy is almost immediately dissipated on contact. The knife can pierce the vest easier, because it is pointier, sharper, and can be used with less velocity, but more consistent pressure. The same can be said for a needle.

Behind Enemy Lines (2001)
Corrected entry: When pilots enter the cockpit and prepare for take-off, navigator says that he'd like Britney Spears to move his handles. However, the plot was set to 1996 but Britney Spears' first single "Baby one more time" was recorded in 1998.
Correction: Britney Spears was famous before "Baby, One More Time" (released in 1999, btw). She was a Disney Mouseketeer at age 11. She performed in stage productions and television shows since she was a child. While the statement is creepy, Britney would have been 15 in 1996, she was not unknown in 1996.

Pulp Fiction (1994)
Corrected entry: When Jules is explaining what would happen if Bonnie came home to find them dealing with the dead body, the camera follows her from outside to the kitchen. When she walks through the front door of the house, she leaves the front door open. This is obviously so the cameraman can walk through behind her, but it's not logical for her to just lazily leave her front door open. (01:55:45)
Correction: It's not logical for me to leave my front door open when I am arriving home to hear the phone ring, and answer it, either, but it happens. Not to mention, this is an imagined hypothetical, and doesn't have to make total sense.

Godzilla (1998)
Corrected entry: Godzilla makes cars bounce several feet off the ground when she walks, but she can hide for an extended period of time in the subway tunnels without disturbing the trains?
Correction: Subway cars are much heavier than cars. Also, it's possible for me to walk in my house, and rattle the china in the cabinets. Alternatively, I can move around without making a sound. It all depends on how quiet I want to be. As she is hiding, it's not unlikely Godzilla is trying to be as quiet as possible.

Underworld (2003)
Corrected entry: There is a shot of Kraven standing by a window, looking out into the night after Selene has run off. Halfway down the window, there is a reflection of a face - it isn't Kraven's. It looks like a woman watching him, perhaps Erika? But there is no indication that there is supposed to be anyone else in the room. (00:31:50)

Christmas with the Kranks (2004)
Corrected entry: The film is set in Illinois but was actually filmed in California. Cordon's Ranch Market is in Verdugo City. Throughout the film, "snow" is on the ground and rooftops but never is there any steam coming from anyone's breath.
Correction: Seeing breath is not necessarily an indication of how cold it is outside. I have ridden a motorcycle when there is still snow on the sides of the road, while the outside temperature was +10C . At work last night, I could see my breath inside the building due to humidity.

Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)
Corrected entry: During the opening fight scene, Alice tosses her katana in to the head of one of the security guards. It sticks out of the head very. However, the tip of the sword isn't visible at the back of his head, while it's very clear that the sword is long enough to come out the back. This means that they just taped half a sword to his helmet.

Resident Evil: Extinction (2007)
Corrected entry: When the Alice Clone awakes when the movie first starts, she goes into the laser hallway and the lasers start to come. When they transform into the grid, she jumps into a duct in the roof and when the camera shows her shoe, the laser is only a line, not the grid.

The Town (2010)
Factual error: When talking about the planned robbery of Fenway, the florist mentions a four-game series with New York. However, later the crew is in a bar and a clip of the baseball game is being shown on the television. The game being shown is against Toronto. Since this scene is supposed to be just prior to the heist, one would expect the visiting team to be the Yankees, not the Blue Jays.
Suggested correction: There's nothing to indicate the clip in the bar is from a current game. Sports networks often show classic games in repeats.
Give me a break, they screwed that up.
Suggested correction: A robbery of that size and risk would require several days of planning and preparation. Doug and Jem probably went to the park during the series against Toronto to scope the place out, and the planning and preparation continued until the end of the series with the Yankees when the robbery occurred.
Suggested correction: There is no indication on what day it is. It's possible that it's Wednesday before 4 days. Or it's Thursday making the series get played on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

For Your Eyes Only (1981)
Corrected entry: When Bond escapes from Gonzales' estate, we see a man attempting to open Bond's Lotus Esprit and is then killed by an explosion when he tries to break into it. This man is the stuntman Bob Simmons.
Correction: This isn't trivia, or even particularly interesting. Bob's listed as a stuntman in the credits.

The Stand (1994)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the power station is turned back on, they show several electrical things turn on by themselves. The third thing they show start up is a dryer in a laundromat. This wouldn't start for 2 reasons. One, the timing mechanism would have timed out months before. And, 2, the dryer would need its start button held in while the motor started up.
Correction: The timer could have been at the beginning of the cycle when the power was initially interrupted, and not all dryers need the start button held to start. Many laundromats I've used in the past would start as soon as the door closed, there was no start button.

Correction: Mounties uniforms are not red. Those are dress uniforms used mostly for graduation from depot, special events, and for formal ceremonies. The everyday uniform is dark blue. In 1980, while most RCMP cars were blue (almost purple) and white, they did have ghost cars of any color. And current RCMP cars are white with striping kits. They have not been blue and white since the late 80s.
