Corrected entry: In an aerial shot of the car driving on a road through the countryside in New Jersey, there is one yellow line for not passing. It should be a double yellow line for a curved highway for no passing on either side.

So I Married an Axe Murderer (1993)
Corrected entry: When Charlie crawls out the window, the room is dark from the power being out from the storm. The next shot has Rose following him out, and the lights are on in three windows. Yes, the power has been intermittent, but this seems too sudden. (01:23:40)
Correction: This is only a matter of your opinion. As the power is intermittent, you can't determine when or how long the power will be out. I've experienced power failures of only a second; enough time for the appliances and clocks to reset, but the lights go off and on like flipping a switch.

A Few Good Men (1992)
Corrected entry: After Dr. Stone's testimony concludes, Captain Ross advises the Judge that the prosecution rests. The Judge then states that the case will began at 10:00 am on Monday the 19th, at which time the defense will call its first witness. When court resumes on the 19th, and both Ross and Kaffey are questioning Barnes, the clock on the wall indicates it's shortly after 3:30 PM - over five hours after this court session was supposed to begin.
Correction: It's days later. The clock could be wrong, or there were some unforeseeable delays that got them a late start. The audience doesn't have to be told what the delays were.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)
Corrected entry: When the scene crashes in San Diego, all the men on the ship were killed. There was a scene that got erased when a raptor escaped and killed all of them. But it has been said that the raptor didn't kill them until the ship crashed. So how come the crew on the ship didn't respond when they were talking with them on the radio? It makes no sense. (01:36:00 - 01:40:55)
Correction: This is a question, not a mistake. There is a section to ask questions on the site.
Correction: If you look for Klayton Fioretti (or something like that) on YouTube, he fully explains this sequence but not with the Raptors being responsible, simply because they weren't.

Pearl Harbor (2001)
Corrected entry: About half an hour into the film, the American president is holding a meeting to discuss sending more tanks, bullets, etc.to Britain and Russia. he refers to Britain as Brits. Britain has only been called this in the last 10-15 years.
Correction: No, I distinctly remember Britons being called "Brits" when I was a child growing up in the 70s in North America. The music industry in the UK has the Brit Awards, which were started in 1977. Also, the people of Britain were called Brits, not the country itself. The word has been around a long time, not just 10-15 years.

Jaws (1975)
Corrected entry: The movie is made and set in 1974. The reward sign on the wall at the town meeting says Alex Kintner was killed on Sunday, June 29. A check of the 1974 calendar reveals June 29 was a Saturday, not Sunday. (00:17:30)

Smokin' Aces (2006)
Corrected entry: In the scene at the end of the movie where Ryan Reynolds is about to pull the plugs, under the frosty glass you see his right hand fumble around to find the outlet.
Correction: What's the mistake? People fumble around trying to pull a plug even when it's not under a frosty glass.

The Simpsons Movie (2007)
Corrected entry: Homer would not have been able to use super glue to climb the dome. It would have bonded instantly to the dome, and his weight probably would have succeeded in peeling some of his skin off because of the glue. Also, that kind of glue dries up a little after it's applied, so it would not have remained sticky throughout the entire time Homer used it.
Correction: Super glue does not bond instantly. It takes at least 10 to 20 seconds to bond. It is tacky quickly, but not instant bonding.
This is another example of cartoon visual gags which isn't supposed to reflect reality.

The Lost Boys (1987)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Michael drinks David's blood and they are all getting ready to celebrate, David's dialogue is "Give me a ride, Marco" as Marco takes Davis for a spin in the wheelchair. The subtitles say "you're all right Michael."

The Next Three Days (2010)
Corrected entry: When John starts following the medical van for the first time, you see the van from the front as it turns onto the road where John awaits it in his car. The van's number plate is missing.
Correction: Aside from the fact a license plate can fall off or be stolen any time, Pennsylvania doesn't issue or require front license plates since 1999.

Animals United (2010)
Corrected entry: This film is based around meerkats as the main characters, out trying to find water for the family. Meerkats do not drink: they get all the water they need from their food (e.g. mealworms).
Correction: Meerkats do drink water. They can go without water by getting it from food sources, if they have enough, but they do drink water as well.

127 Hours (2010)
Corrected entry: Aron removes his wristwatch with some difficulty using his mouth. He uses a Suunto Vector watch, it has a wristband that requires 2 hands to reattach, or a lot of time and effort to do it with one hand. A few minutes later you can see the watch on his wrist again. Guess he didn't escape sooner because he took hours putting his watch back on. (00:19:00 - 00:25:00)
Correction: What? He was going somewhere, so didn't have time to reattach the watch? He had nothing *but* time. There's no mistake.

Bullitt (1968)
Corrected entry: When Bullit walks his boss to the elevator in the hospital, the floor number 24 is painted on the wall next to the elevator. But the elevator has far too few buttons to reach the 24th floor. Also, the boss pushes the seventh button from the bottom to leave via the ground floor. (00:32:30)
Correction: It's an express elevator which doesn't go to the lower floors, therefore the buttons start at a higher number.
Correction: In large buildings the elevators are numbered. Each elevator car has a different number. It is useful for maintenance and licensing. It is not the 24th floor, it is elevator #24.

The Abyss (1989)
Corrected entry: In the final scene how does the rig end up on top of the alien craft when it was on the ledge to its side?
Correction: It was dislodged from the ledge while the craft was surfacing.

The Boat That Rocked (2009)
Corrected entry: During the guessing game, Simon says to "Think outside the box." This now-common expression didn't exist in 1966.
Correction: Not necessarily true. There's no specific date for the beginning of the phrase, but it has been in use in the media since the late '60s.

The Witches (1990)
Corrected entry: If the witch's secretary could change Luke back into a human, how come the Grand High Witch, the most powerful witch, had no such power to transform herself or the other witches back into their original forms as they were turning into mice? In fact, they never explain why the secretary had such miraculous powers.
Correction: This is a question, not a submission. Perhaps since the High Witch was transformed, her powers disappear. They don't need to explain why the secretary had powers.

The Towering Inferno (1974)
Corrected entry: When the firemen get to the scene the fire chief makes the comment 'Keep it high' then gets in the elevator. When there is a fire you don't get into an elevator, you use the stairs.
Correction: Firemen sometimes use the elevator. That's why there is a Fireman's Key in most elevators, which allows firemen control of the elevator to bypass floors that aren't affected, and get to the burning floors faster.

3 Ninjas: High Noon At Mega Mountain (1998)
Corrected entry: During the first big fight scene at the place where the western show is happening, Colt jumps up onto the high ledge. It's impossible for anyone one to jump that high in one leap.
Correction: Not according to the folklore of ninjas.

Fast Five (2011)
Corrected entry: When Reyes enters the vault, he scans his right hand. Han and Gisele try to obtain his hand print by having Reyes put his hand on Gisele's bathing suit. They succeed in getting his left hand print. When Tej cracks the vault, he uses his right hand with Reyes' left hand print to open the vault. Cloth doesn't pick up fingerprints anyway.
Correction: Wrong. Cloth can and does hold fingerprints. Recently improved techniques can reveal fingerprints.

Tangled (2010)
Corrected entry: When Eugene/Flynn climbs up Rapunzel's hair and comes into the tower Mother Gothel stabs Eugene/Flynn there appears to be NO blood on the knife and there would be no time for her to clean it. And, as you can see later, he has a lot of blood.
Correction: Knives don't always have blood on them immediately. I cut my hand with an X-Acto knife, right down to the bone. There was no blood on the blade, and in fact, my hand didn't bleed for about 10 seconds.

Correction: On narrower rural roads there is often only one solid line. It means you can pass with caution because these roads are often slower speed limits, and can be used by farm equipment. There's no mistake.
