Visible crew/equipment: After the two travellers have paid for their gas, when Frisby advises them to check in someplace because of the clouds, the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic can be seen above the word "shop" on the store window. (00:08:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Frisby tells the two travellers that they're looking at the grandad of the American automobile, we can see the reflection of a crewmember wearing a suit, possibly the director, who stands up from a directors chair (also seen in a following shot). Then as Frisby tries to locate the gas tank, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the store's doors. (00:06:20)

Deliberate mistake: During the "previously on Game of Thrones" snippets, before the opening credits sequence, there are two flipped shots of Sansa and Jaime as she tells him that she has always wanted to be there for Cersei's execution, but she won't get the chance. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: When Grey Worm leads Tyrion to the Dragonpit, as they pass the column of Unsullied their long individual shadows are directly to their sides, but in the next shot the Unsullied are seen in the background and the shadows are entirely different. (00:46:00)

Continuity mistake: When Gendry gives Arya the dragonglass weapon that he made for her, in the following shots Gendry's leather cloak straps switch between being crossed with his left strap over the right strap, or his right strap over the left strap. (00:43:00)

Continuity mistake: During the battle strategy meeting around the table, Sansa wears the long silver chain and circle neckwear, and the long chain changes the way it is placed through the circle. Sansa's chain is put through the circle in a way that's over and under in most shots, but when Jon explains that if the dragons are in the field they won't be able to protect Bran, the long chain is put through the circle the opposite way, under and over. Continuity mistake: After Prue and Phoebe send contagious Piper back up to bed, it cuts to three consecutive shots of buses arriving at camp. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus. Visible crew/equipment: After Lukas kills the other demon so he can move forward with his plan to go after the witches, when it cuts to the manor's foyer as Prue and Phoebe walk in, the green T-mark is visible on the rug at the bottom of the screen. (00:08:15)

Visible crew/equipment: After the Grimlocks enter the manor Leo calls for Piper then rushes out of the kitchen, and when it cuts to the shot of the dining room the edge of the crew's black mat is visible at the bottom of the screen. The black mat is again when the sisters are pulled into the time portal, though the only thing we should be seeing is the fringed area rug. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: While Dantalian tries to steal the Book of Shadows from the attic Piper and Phoebe surprise her, then when Phoebe kicks Dantalian and she falls we see the stuntwoman's footwear has chunky sole ridges, but when the sisters approach Dantalian her shoes have heels. (00:32:10)
