Continuity mistake: After Fett takes off with Han frozen in carbonite C-3PO cracks a joke about rescuing him in three years. When it cuts to Vader with Luke, Vader uses the Force to break a pipe off the wall, and in the next wide shot Vader's chest plate is backwards, note the buttons. (00:35:10)

Continuity mistake: In S8xE20, "Something, Something, Something, Dark Side," when Han was frozen in carbonite he was smiling with head turned toward his right side, but in this episode, after Jabba watches Luke's message, Han's carbonite is hanging on the wall and now Han is smiling with his head turned toward his left side. Continuity mistake: After Fett flies off with frozen Han it soon cuts to Vader and Luke during their lightsaber duel. When Luke is being pulled through the broken window he's holding his lightsaber in his right hand, then it disappears from his outstretched hand in the wide shot, but in the next closeup his lightsaber is suddenly clipped to his belt at his left side. Continuity mistake: When Mr. Washee Washee walks into the bedroom while pointing a gun at Peter, the buttons on Mr. Washee Washee's shirt keep switching to the opposite side in following shots. (00:05:15)

Continuity mistake: When Peter walks into the dry cleaners the door sensors go off, and as Peter leans down to wave his hand in front of a sensor, all the buttons on his shirt switch to the opposite side, then revert back. (00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: Rock Bottom: After SpongeBob and Patrick enter the bus, when SpongeBob asks Patrick if he has any change and for the duration of this shot, both the gear shift on the floor beside the driver and the open door of the bus have vanished, then they reappear.

Continuity mistake: The Algae's Always Greener: After Plankton uses his machine and wakes up in the Krusty Krab office, he looks out through the porthole on the office door leading to the eating area, but the porthole on that office door vanishes when Plankton returns to the office with the two Krabby Patties. Continuity mistake: As Seen on TV: After SpongeBob shouts about the grand finale he tosses all the food at the hungry crowd, and as they all happily exclaim, "Krabby Patties," there is only one door to the right of Squidward's order station in this shot, though there should be two doors.

Continuity mistake: As Seen on TV: The front door to Mr. Krabs' office is a solid door with an anchor on the exterior side of the door, but in a few shots the office's front door has a porthole window like other doors in the restaurant.

Continuity mistake: Krab Borg: The door to Krabs' office has a porthole in many shots, but after Krabs burns his eyes he rushes out of his office into the eating area, and when he runs past Squidward and SpongeBob the office door is the normal solid door, with an anchor on the exterior side.

Continuity mistake: Banned in Bikini Bottom: After the police raid the Secret Krusty Krab, Krabs and SpongeBob are both in handcuffs, but when Miss Gristlepuss trips and the Krabby Patty falls into her mouth, both pairs of handcuffs have vanished, then the handcuffs reappear again on Krabs. (00:09:45)

Revealing mistake: Atlantis SquarePantis: After the Atlantis van crashes through the museum's ceiling, Squidward is surprised that it's the magical path to Atlantis, and while Krabs says, "Nice hot rod flames," note how only the disembodied tip of Patrick's arm is in front of SpongeBob's body (it even moves as Patrick moves), due to an animation error in this shot. Continuity mistake: Stanley S. SquarePants: When Stanley's first customer tries to place an order Stanley pulls out a camera on a tripod, and in the next shot as Stanley hugs the customer for their first picture, the kitchen door behind them does not have the usual porthole, instead it has an anchor on it just like the door to Krabs' office. Continuity mistake: Have You Seen This Snail: After the customer asks for a refund it cuts to SpongeBob crying in the kitchen, and when Krabs walks in the door opens at the left side with no knob, but when Krabs tells SpongeBob that a problem can be solved with a little hard work, that door now opens at the right side with a door knob.

Hooky / Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II - S1-E20
Continuity mistake: Hooky: When SpongeBob is hooked the pointy tip of the hook is facing out, but when he asks Krabs what he should do, the hook is hooked into SpongeBob's pants the opposite way, with the pointy tip facing him. Additionally, he's hooked at the back of his underwear and pants, but when Squidward is holding the fishing pole the hook is at the front of the underwear, which are also perfectly intact despite being ripped off SpongeBob.
