Visible crew/equipment: While the Book of Shadows flips its pages the sisters enter the attic, and after Piper asks how the book does that, in the next shot the feet of a crewmember can be seen moving quickly out of shot, at the bottom left side of the screen. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: While Phoebe explains the slam man training system Piper puts on Phoebe's boxing gloves, and when Prue says that demons don't play fair Piper playfully raises her left arm to Prue's forehead, but in the next shot facing Prue it's Piper's right arm that's raised. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: While Andy and Darryl are at the station talking about why Andy's been "walking around...like a zombie," Andy places a pencil behind his ear, but when it cuts to Inspector Blakely walking in behind Andy the pencil has vanished between shots, but it reappears again in the next shot. Then when Andy borrows the photograph of the knife, once again the pencil vanishes between the closeup and wideshot. (00:09:10)

Visible crew/equipment: While Sam and Sue Anne are singing Amazing Grace at the diner, right after the shot of the cook starting to play the harmonica, in the next wideshot the actor's T-mark becomes visible on the floor at the bottom, left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: While Regina and Daphne are talking in the courthouse bathroom about Jeff, in the wideshots facing Regina we can see the actor's yellow tape mark on the floor, near the door. This tape mark was not there in the earlier shot, when Regina walked in. (00:16:45)

Other mistake: While Killian and David are talking at the base of the beanstalk, in the wideshots we can see the protective black boot worn by Colin O'Donoghue, the actor playing Killian, who broke his left foot during filming of the previous musical episode. (00:20:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Bernice tells Josh and Rachel to go with Alice so she can talk to Lisa and Stanley, the two red tape marks can be seen on the floor, under the table. (01:29:20)

Other mistake: After the kids find Chester Copperpot's skeleton, Mikey picks up Copperpot's book and finds the Gehrig baseball card inside. When Mikey turns the card over it's the 1973 Topps Lou Gehrig All-Time Grand Slam Leader #472 (which has nine players' grand slam stats listed on the back of the card, that includes Hank Aaron who started playing MLB in 1954). The problem is Copperpot was reported as missing in 1935, but this specific Topps baseball card (now well known) was issued in 1973, nearly 40 years after Copperpot's death via the pirate booby trap.
