Plot hole: In episode 1-3, "Thank you for not morphing", Victor mentions that he wasn't sure that his daughters would be witches - only that there was a possibility. However, this episode indicates that Victor did know about his daughters' powers before he left the family.

Continuity: When Victor is saying goodbye to Prue, Piper, and Phoebe, Prue has her hands in her jeans pockets, then crossed in front of her, then back in her pockets.

Continuity: When the girls are saying goodbye to their father, Phoebe hugs him around the neck, then lowers her arms while they talk. When her father says "About anything," her left arm jumps back up to being around his neck, and in the next shot, it's down at the side again.

Continuity: When Prue and Phoebe first enter the ice-cream van, we are told that their powers don't work in this dimension, but a few minutes later, Phoebe gets a premonition from the swingset - if their powers really didn't work, she wouldn't have been able to.
