The Trouble with Warren - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: At the motel, when Rockford and Hudson are walking down the stairs during the citizen's arrest, in the closeup of the scuffle Rockford is wearing a dark belt with a large rectangular gold buckle, but in the following shots he's wearing a tan colored belt with a simple single prong buckle. Revealing mistake: After the scene with the apothecary where the two eunuchs purchased the belladonna it then cuts to Esther, and in her closeup as she lifts the silver cup to drink, there's a small white modern sticker on the underside of the cup. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: During Esther's banquet when she is pleading her petition, Xerxes has a dagger tucked into the front of his golden belt, but while Esther is holding the necklace in her hand, in two shots facing Xerxes the dagger is gone, and then it returns. (01:49:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Carol and Luka follow Robbie to the trauma room with his mother's body they both stop at the doorway to watch Robbie, then just as the camera moves from behind Carol and Luka to in-between them zooming in on Robbie, the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic is visible on the glass behind Robbie. Continuity mistake: When young Robbie stands at the doorway of the trauma room with his father's body, the green door to the back supply cabinet is wide open and the floor is relatively clean, but when Robbie stands beside his father there are changes such as that cabinet door is closed, and the floor is littered with used latex gloves, etc. Then the cabinet door is wide open again when Carol and Luka walk in. Visible crew/equipment: After the caretakers have gone before midnight, Annabelle tells Frederick that he should get some cars for the guests, and just as she says, "Let them go home, but pay them first," the shadow of the boom mic can be seen moving above the doorway, at the top of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Lorelai returns to Stars Hollow she goes to Luke's, and as she takes a seat at the counter there's a glass domed cake platter (with what looks like pie) at the end of the counter, which promptly vanishes in the following shots. Also, the blue box of wax paper sheets moves to the opposite side of the hot cups on the counter, between shots. (00:37:55)

Chapter Five: The Flayed - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: While Hopper lies his way into stealing the car from Todd and claims that Alexei has murdered many children, Hopper pushes the driver seat back into its proper upright position. Then as Hopper introduces Detective Byers to Todd, the driver seat is once again leaning toward the steering wheel before being upright in the next shot. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: While Rockford is staking out Stabila's house, in a closeup he jots down Nejman's license plate number, then Rockford places his notebook aside. In this closeup note the Chevrolet Impala emblem at the steering wheel center (looks like the 1968 Impala version), though Rockford drives a 1976 Pontiac Firebird Esprit with a different steering wheel. Continuity mistake: When Mike walks into the kitchen asking Alice if he can give her a hand, Alice removes two pots from the stovetop leaving the left side clear, but in the shots from the dining room when Alice trips, there are two large pots on the left side of the stovetop, near the edge of the counter. Visible crew/equipment: When Mike returns home with the grocery bags, as he sets them on the table Alice walks over, and the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the swing door behind Mike, at the top left side of the screen. (00:11:05)

Continuity mistake: While Rockford is at the Paddock Club restaurant with Al and Marcy, there's a filled salad plate and a place setting on the table in front of Rockford, but everything disappears in two different shots facing only Al and Marcy. Then it all reappears in its proper place. (00:20:55)

Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford is released the first time, he's determined to find out why his name is in Sorvino's phone book. When he and Rocky stop at the phone booth, the reflection of the boom operator holding the boom pole (low to the ground) can be seen on the glass. (00:17:20)
