Revealing mistake: While Suit is in a coma, there's a closeup of the monitor beside his bed showing Suit's vitals, and at the top of the monitor's screen are the words "adult simulating," with the timed "simulating" flashing off and on. There's also a strip of narrow filament tape covering "simulating," but the tape is transparent, so we can still see it flashing. (01:17:25)

Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)

Revealing mistake: When Slaar discovers the video link is operational and being viewed on Earth, in the closeups of Slaar we can see the edge of the reptilian mask and the actor's real human neck. (00:20:40)

Confessions, Confessions - S2-E12
Revealing mistake: At the start of dinner, in the wide shots we can see the table and chairs directly on the carpet. When Carol notices the leaky vase and calls for Alice, in the wide shot as Alice approaches the table, now there's plastic sheeting spread across the carpet under the table, as well some visible tubing under the table, presumably for the water stunt. Revealing mistake: While Beaver checks to see if the paint's dry on the patio table, when the bee appears and flies around him, the wire is visible. (00:19:00)

Revealing mistake: Episode 6, while in the barn Von Weich asks Moor (played by David Troughton, son of Patrick, who plays The Doctor) to retrieve the monocle in his pocket. Then, when Von Weich continues with his plan, in his closeups we can see a vertical piece of mesh tape over the actor's right eye. (00:13:05)

Revealing mistake: Even after receiving the gift basket from the neighbors, the Heffernans are still awakened by their barking dog. When Carrie rushes downstairs Doug stops her at the front door, and the entire left window has been removed (for camera access) from its frame, so there's a large empty hole. (00:13:10)

Revealing mistake: While Doug and Carrie are heading home after game night at the Palmers, they pass the street sign for Buena Vista St, twice, as they're driving up Magnolia Blvd in Burbank, CA.

Revealing mistake: When Carrie holds the paper towels, the kitchen's curtains over the sink are normal, the window is closed and the blinds are down. However, next shot the blinds are up, the double-hung window is oddly open outward sideways, and the curtain is pulled back with a large clamp. Then it's all back to the normal previous way.

Revealing mistake: While Doug is driving the IPS truck he stops in traffic, and then Arthur pulls up alongside. Watch the reflection in the truck's side mirror, because we can see crew members pushing Arthur's car as he takes off. (00:19:10)

Train Wreck - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: Shari from ISP radios Doug about the rush order pickup at 1202 Stratford, so Doug pulls over and soon Carrie pulls him to the back of the truck. Cut to exterior shot of the truck, and the street sign reads "Lafayette, Culver City" which reveals the California location. The truck is parked on Culver Blvd, corner of Lafayette, in front of the well known Washington Building (awnings are now black), which is located a few blocks up from Sony Pictures Studios where King of Queens was filmed. Revealing mistake: After Doug successfully trades vacation days with Roger, it cuts to Doug's IPS truck stopping in traffic. The next few shots were filmed on the streets at Sony Pictures Studios lot. In the shot of the IPS truck's side-view mirror (as the RV approaches), note the signs on the building read "Keaton Building" and "Sound Department Courtyard." After the flashback, another building sign reads "Durante Building." These buildings are located at the north side of the studio in Culver City, CA. (00:03:20)

Revealing mistake: In the kitchen, when Doug tells Carrie he knows the strike will end in 1 or 2 weeks tops because he's a Union Member, the blue shelves/cabinet on the wall behind Doug are positioned properly. Then, when Carrie asks him what the strike issues are, watch as the blue shelves move sideways behind Doug (this wall with blue shelves/cabinet is hinged to provide camera access). (00:13:00)

Revealing mistake: While Batman and Robin are being held in Penguin's vacuum room, some of the stunt's dark squibs attached to the balloons become visible during this scene. We can even see a squib spark on the last pink balloon. (00:02:15)

Surf's Up! Joker's Under! - S3-E10
Revealing mistake: While Batman and Robin are being processed into the foam surfboard blanks, they are lying on two wood workbenches. When Riptide and Wipeout begin adding the coat of resin to both foam blanks, just as Riptide announces both blanks are smoking, we can see under Robin's wood workbench the fallen wired smoking apparatus used in the stunt. Revealing mistake: At the Batcave, when Penguin is up on the atomic pile scaffolding Batman grabs hold of him just as Pengy uses his umbrella to float down, and the stunt wire attached to the umbrella ferrule is visible while the duo descend together. (00:21:05)

Revealing mistake: At the Batcave, when Batman programs the skywriter drone and switches it on, the two stunt wires are visible as it heads out of the Batcave. (00:15:40)

Revealing mistake: When the crime fighting Trio are playing the tune on their toy flutes and reach the docks, in the wide shot the stunt apparatus (a bar) is visible, and in the closeups of the mice procession their wires are visible as well. (00:20:50)
