Revealing mistake: When Dumbledore is dueling with Voldemort in the Ministry Atrium, there is a close-up shot of Voldemort as he opens his mouth wide, laughing. The filling in the Dark Lord's upper molar is visible in his newly acquired body. (01:54:25)

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End mistake picture

Revealing mistake: After the military attack Sao Feng's residence, when Elizabeth is seen fighting amid the melee the black spandex-like shorts are visible under her robe as she kicks up.

Super Grover

Revealing mistake: The outline of Pintel's yellow contacts are obvious in some of his close-ups, depending on his facial expressions, such as when he speaks of the green light as they sail towards the Locker.

Super Grover

Revealing mistake: After Théoden orders to reform the line, when the Mûmakil approach, Éowyn and Merry (from his eyes up, actually) are seen in close-up as she shouts during their charge. This is the same close-up of them shown earlier, when the Rohirrim charge at the Orcs, only it's been flipped for this scene. (00:28:35 - 00:32:30)

Revealing mistake: Will slides down the sail, aided by the knife. At the start of the next shot, when he grabs hold of the mast line, the cut in the sail runs the the bottom edge of the sail, yet, Will is actually seen falling from the top of this shot - way above the end of that knife cut. RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When Bob hangs upside down on the Gornicke windshield, in the shot facing the bus as he begins to fall, we can see the driver's and front passenger's seats and Travis, his wife, and Jamie are all gone. Of course they are back in the following shot. (Only visible on fullscreen DVD.) (01:23:15)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When Bob is on the bus' roof there are interior shots of the bus and all its right side (viewer's left) sliding metal framed windows are visible and intact. After Travis stops short, in the following exterior shots four of the double sliding windows have been deliberately removed from their tracks, so the camera's view of the kids is unobstructed. (01:23:10)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: After the RV rolls over Bob, in the overhead shot as he lies on the ground, there are two tire tracks - one to Bob's left and another to his right. Problem is that the RV has four rear tires, which actually should have left the imprint of four tire tracks. (01:12:40)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When the RV teeters on the mountaintop, Bob opens the RV door and then swings out, but the three automatic stairs below the doorway do not engage - deliberately done for the humor. (01:10:00)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When Bob throws pitches to Carl while he barbecues, the close-up of the grill shows Bob's arm holding the tongs as he fiddles with the food. Problem is, it is not Robin William's notoriously hairy arm and hand in the close-up. Things on the grill differ between shots as well. (01:01:10)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: The Munro's RV has a large pop-out (slide-out) on its left side, behind the driver. When the pop-out is closed one side wall should be directly behind the driver's seat, but that wall is gone - it has been deliberately removed. As a side note, when the Munros rush to leave before Mary Jo Gornicke reaches them, that wall (with a small window) is seen in the exterior shot, as it slides in. (00:19:15 - 00:39:30)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When the Munros begin their trip, as Bob makes the sharp right turn the RV's pop-out begins to open directly behind him, and its left wall is missing - we can actually see the RV's window at the opposite side, through the opening. (00:15:25)

RV (2006)

Revealing mistake: When Bob has difficulty with his seat belt at the start of the road trip, the side-view mirrors have a translucent finish, just as in other shots throughout the film; however, the mirrors' surfaces are normal in the rest of the shots. Deliberately done to obscure the reflection of the crew. (00:13:20)

Revealing mistake: Just after Harry gets back on his broom, the Slytherine seeker chases the snitch and he passes towers of (in order) Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherine, Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, on his left (this means Hogwarts is also to his left), when Harry flies up beside him. However, next shot as Harry slams into him, they still fly in the same direction, and the school is now on their right. Mistake with the background plate. (01:22:00)

Super Grover

Revealing mistake: The long bamboo pole lies directly at "Chief" Jack's back whilst he is bound by the rope. However, when Jack escapes and runs, in a few shots there is a distinct outline of an apparatus at his back - under the vest, with which the pole lies higher up, away from the actor's back. (00:38:20)

Revealing mistake: When Will, Gibbs, and the other pirates climb up the cliff's 90º rockface, their hair, jewelry, etc do not reflect the gravity which would naturally affect them, despite any wind. (00:34:50)

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When Jack, the monkey, runs off with Ragetti's false wooden eye, the pirate's eye socket does not look empty in specific shots, only covered by a contact lens. (00:41:10)

Super Grover

Revealing mistake: When Tom joins Sarah and Eliot for the kneeboarding, after Sarah apologizes for Tom's interrogation Eliot says, "It's okay, my dad would've done the same thing." Two shots later, as Tom grunts in the water, this shot is flipped - the driver is now on the left and the kids switched sides.
