Continuity mistake: During the mine cart scene, right after Indy strikes the overhead metal bin, the next wideshot of the Thuggee goons is a flipped shot, note the stripe direction on their turbans and their cart's brake has switched sides. Then another shot with a view facing the front of Indy's cart looking back towards the Thuggee cart, note the brake at the front of Indy's cart has switched sides.

Revealing mistake: When the second band of Thuggees are in the mine cart pursuing Indy's cart, note the metal bar attached to the back of Indy's mine cart which wasn't there before, for use during the ensuing stunt. That bar then disappears and reappears.

Continuity mistake: While the second mine cart with Thuggee goons is in hot pursuit of Indy, note the brake pole at the front of Indy's mine cart keeps vanishing and reappearing in following shots, before it actually breaks off.

Revealing mistake: During the mine cart chase, when Short Round's arms are being pulled by the Thuggees while Indy's hanging onto him, in the side wideshot you can see the black safety strap around Shorty's hips, over his pants.

Continuity mistake: At Club Obi Wan, Indy places Nurhachi on the table in the closeup with his left hand, but when Indy puts the diamond on the table with his left hand it's not actually Indy's hand that we see in this shot.

Continuity mistake: After Indy's fight with the Chief Guard on the conveyor belt, when Indy attempts to save him from the rock crusher Indy ends up hoisting himself up in mid-air, and when he reaches the platform Indy's shoes are completely flat, unlike Indy's ankle boots which have heels.

Revealing mistake: When Indy and Willie jump out the window at Club Obi Wan, just as they crash through the glass note the white stunt leggings/knee-pads on Willie's legs above her shins. Willie's legs are bare when she lands on the lower awnings.

Continuity mistake: When Lao Che's goons toss Indy onto the cart at Club Obi Wan, note the soles of Indy's shoes are entirely tan with black heels, but when the cart crashes into the bandstand we see the arches of Indy's soles are black and the heels are tan.

Continuity mistake: During the melee at Club Obi Wan, Lao Che's goons toss Indy onto the dish cart which has a horizontal metal bar between two of its legs over the wheels, but in the closeup as Indy tries to grab the antidote vial, the metal bar has vanished, but it reappears when it crashes into the bandstand.

Continuity mistake: After Indy and Willie have jumped out the window at Club Obi Wan, when they land on the lower awnings and roll off we can see Willie's high-heels have become flats.

Continuity mistake: When the pilots jump from the airplane we see Willie asleep directly under the rolled up tapestries, but when she wakes up and starts to make her way to the cockpit as she coughs, in the wideshot we see she's coming from the area further back toward the tail.

Continuity mistake: After the pilots have jumped from the plane Willie shows Indy the empty cockpit, and in the shot of the front windshield note the view outside and the gauges, then after Indy nervously repeats "fuel" a few times there's another shot of the front windshield which is a flipped shot.

Continuity mistake: After Indy, Willie, and Short Round jump out of the plane with the raft, when the raft finally slows down in the water Willie falls backwards with her legs up in the air and her high-heels have become flats.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cledus tells Bandit that he knows there's $400,000 at stake, but he won't kill an elephant to get it, in the next shot and in following shots from the same angle, the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic can be seen on the surface of the Trans Am.

Visible crew/equipment: While Snowman drives his rig, in his side shots as he faces the wing mirror the reflection of the camera can be seen on his sunglasses. One example is when he gets on the CB and hails Bandit to warn him about Smokey at his back door.

Visible crew/equipment: After Tahleen alters John's memory of himself as a young boy playing in the water, and then Aeryn tells John that he's the most bizarre creature she's ever met, when it cuts back to Moya as Rygel joins D'Argo, you can see the head and movement of one of Rygel's puppeteers as D'Argo and Rygel are talking.

Visible crew/equipment: During the "full attack" at the start of the Battle of Stirling Bridge, Wallace repeatedly shouts, "Hold," and in the wideshot right before Wallace finally shouts, "Now!" as the horses gallop towards the right side of the screen, we can see a white car at the left side of the screen. Continuity mistake: When we see the windows of the Darling nursery, at the start and at the end, their height repeatedly switches between having either five or six horizontal rows of glass panes.

Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, after the crocodile has nipped off a good bit of Hook's clothing, sock and shoe, when Hook rushes toward Smee in the boat the crocodile opens his mouth, and just as he swallows Hook he's nearly fully clothed and wearing both socks and both shoes.

Continuity mistake: Before Smee gives Hook a shave they hear Tick-Tock Croc approaching, and when Hook nervously spins around to look at the water, note that he has a left hand and his hook is at his right, but it should be the opposite way. (00:24:20)
